Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Sort VPA items by most commonly used by that supplier - set the inventory up how you want
In the adverts and packs list where you add the supplier and items , being able to arrange these items in an order you want would be great.
It would mean when selecting the items in a listing the ones you used the most can be put at the top.

Change Log for Finance/ VPA Tab / Invoices payments Tab
Have a changes log that is under the Finance tab / or added to the current changes log.
That records changes done under the Finance section , this would include the VPA tab , invoices and payments Tab and the commission Tab.
It would provide information such as what user added the VPA item , who invoiced it , who voided and or edited292 votes -
Integration Feeds Option to SHOW or HIDE the Valuation on Trade me
In Record mode - Under More info - Valuation to have a tick box Hide or Show RV option.
Currently when this section is completed Feeds automatically feed through to Trade me and display the RV on there website.
What the option so it can be completed in Rex always and then chosen to Feed through to what is displayed on Website or not.Valuation section needs to be completed in Rex however some agents do not want it feeding through all the time as it affects the way the customer views the worth of the property.

After speaking to them, unfortunately it looks like trade me doesn’t support turning on and off per listing through their API. We’ve been told you can however contact them and just ask them to turn off the display for all your listings (they are either able to do this now or are working on adding the feature).

Under Contract Properties Appearing on the Dashboard Stream
The issue we (and many other offices) face is that we are wasting time promoting listings which are under contract and/or no longer available. This is because we don't receive a status change on our dashboard streams.
We think having the ability to show under contract listings on the dashboard will be very beneficial. It makes sense to think if a property is under contract, then the status of the listing has changed and is should be updated to reflect this.
The dashboard already has the option to filter property status changes, but, for some reason 'under contract' does not…

Our developers thought very highly of your suggestion. It hasn’t been approved just yet (as the developers are still brainstorming possible ways that it could be implemented into the system) but we’re hopeful it will become a future Rex feature at some point down the road.

Sales admin to be able to view all contract dates in dashboard
Currently a sales admin needs to change the dashboard user to view each agents contract dates individually - it would be great if a sales admin could have all contract dates for the agents in that office location to appear in their dashboard.

Tracks - ordering/numbering tasks that are on the same day
Currently, there is no way of ordering tasks which are due on the same day. They appear in a random order. We've had to resort back to paper checklists to do things in order.

Dashboard for residential only viewing
We would like to see only residential information on dashboard for residential sales people and likewise for the rental department. My dashboard is clogged up with all rental listings and information

Forwarding Previously Sent Emails
Once an email has been sent through Rex and is showing in the client stream, it would be great to be able to have an option to forward that original email (with attachments) rather than starting a brand new email if we need to resend that same information to the client.

Report for OAB
It would be good to see a report focused on OAB's to be able to easily identify:
Market Share and who your competitors are.
OAB's that could be coming out of authority very quickly.

Bulk Assign reminders to contacts
It would be extremely helpful to be able to bulk assign new reminders to contacts.
Eg. I print 100+ letters for each of my reps every week that need a follow-up call the following week. It would be great if I didn’t have to manually add the reminder for each property.

Ability to differentiate between a Rental Appraisal and Sales Appraisal
It would be great to have a button the appraisal section which allows us to show whether it's a rental appraisal or a sales appraisal so that if you have two teams working off the same database, one being a rental team and the other a sales team, then you can differentiate between their appraisals.

Pocket Kiosk - Address and Notes capability
Currently on our physical open home booklets we have a section for the buyers current address and any additional notes they might want to add about what they are looking.
These sections allow us to gather more information from the buyer in regards to their current situation (If they are already local, do they need to sell before buying, do they have any specific or strange requirements for their next home that we should know)
These 2 fields being added to the check-in screen would be a great addition to the app.

Include 'Owners' & 'Tenants' column in property view
Add 'owner' & 'tenant' column to 'View Properties' page.
Do this via the top right hand side drop down menu and include both and 'owner' & 'tenant' giving each a separate check box in the drop down menu. Menu shown in attached image.This is beneficial to prospecting.

Viewing notes that others have left on your records
When using a closed office role, you can only view the notes that you leave on a record. But if you have admin staff leave notes on records you own, you can't view it. The only alternative we have is to enable users to view all notes, which gives them access to Notes on ALL records, not just their own.
It would be great if there was an additional privilege that would enable record owners to view notes on their records, left by other users.

Internal call list for a property with feedback and buyers and numbers
Hoping it will look like the vendor report but be for internal use only with all the comments, which we put in our reports such as their family makeup and also their budget.
It would be great to read this and make calls on other properties listed that are similar for agents to want to grab and call on the road.
I have attached a file that we used to use.

Automated email campaigns with event triggers & mailing list segments OR more integrations with 3rd party APIs
I'd love the ability to build a campaign that sends set emails at certain steps throughout a campaign. The ability to have triggers is also a must - Eg. the person gets an email clicks a link but doesn't convert would trigger an action that sends them another email to put them through a different marketing funnel.
If this isn't easy to build into the current system, 3rd party API support would be amazing. App support I'd love to see and personally use: ActiveCampaign, Zapier & Facebook Lead Ads

One screen to process large (multiple property) supplier invoices (REA)
Rather than having to go to every properties VPA screen to manually check the amount matches the supplier invoice and then 'set supplier reference'.
There should be a dedicated admin screen that you can process the whole invoice. Ideally - select the supplier, add in the invoice number (supplier reference). Then you should be able to click the Red + button and search the listing and add in the amount.

Amend Invoices (rather and having to void & redo them)
It would be useful to be able to amend invoices rather than having to void an invoice that changes and re-enter it.
