Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Rex Pocket: To display how many times a buyer views/opens the brochure link.
This is so easy to see who is interested in the property or not. Homepass is easily trackable, shows what other properties buyers have attended in the past, and Homepass easily populates their names, without having to ask for their details every time. It's embarrassing and slow. It should send the sms check-in to the open home automatically, without having to be sent from Rex pocket to the app to sms from your phone and go back into rex pocket again. Its too many steps when there is a line up at the door to enter an open home.

Section in Documents to upload Disclosure Statement
Need to have a section in Rex that we can upload the Seller Disclosure document/Public document and then feed that through to portals.
Need to organise it so that the web developer can update the XML feed to the website.
At the moment, we use public documents that are sent out with an auto-response through REA. But, these do not need to all be available on our websites, it will just be the one document that we would like to create a link/download button for.
Similar to the marketing links, but for documents, pdf etc.

Creating Multiple Listings (Sales, Rentals, Short Lets) with the same Property details
Currently if you have a listing for sales but you then want to put it also for rentals (Using the same property but duplicating the file to create a new listings) if you then want to change details on your rental listing ( even though it's a new reference number) it will change the details of your sales listing (ie: removing service charge that is not relevant for lettings, changing bullet point...). We should be able to create multiple listings under the same property without changing the details of the other listings.

Allow users to complete reminder when reminder is assigned to their user group
We can assign reminders to a User Group which is great for sales teams BUT no one in that User Group can complete the reminder UNLESS their permissions can complete any reminder assigned to anyone in the office.
So we weigh up sticking with individual reminders OR changing agent permissions to update any reminder in the office.

Open Home Feedback
When we add Open Home Feedback to a contact, it does not appear in the Contact Stream, it's in a separate tab.
This means we are going to a separate location to add the feedback but it's not easily visible when we are in the contact again.
It would be beneficial if the feedback copied into the stream.

default defer options
Change default reminder defer options.
Currently the options are:
Next Buisness Day
Tomorrow
Later this week
This weekend
Next weekend
CustomI would suggest a change to:
Tomorrow
2 days
1 week
2 week
3 weeks
4 weeks
CustomAs well as removing the options for this/next weekend as they seem a bit pointless.
It is time consuming to set a custom date, this small change would be so beneficial to our team.

Action follow ups directly from the all open home attendees list view.
Auction Campiagn/ Open Home Follow-Up Efficiency
Currently, when reviewing warm/hot contacts, it’s not easy to action follow ups directly from the list view.
Challenges:
You can’t make a call straight from the warm/hot contact list view.
After making a call, updating notes requires opening the individual contact record or specific open home, which adds extra steps and slows things down.
Proposed Improvements:
Allow calls to be made directly from the warm/hot contact list view. (for each contact)
Enable adding/updating notes from the same screen immediately after the call. (for each contact)

lead emails
We have a centralised admin centre that deals with incoming leads, so we want to allocate an admin user as 'agent 2' and have them receive the lead email as well as 'agent 1'. We can't put the admin as 'agent 1' as otherwise it would cause an issue with the website feed. Please can you make it possible for the lead emails to be sent to both 'agent 1' and 'agent 2'

Click Stats for Automatic Updates email
It would be really great if we could get a report or easy to see stats on opens and clicks for the Automatic Updates emails so we can can see what buyers to follow up on.
At the moment, we would have to pull a list of the people who received the alert, and then click in one by one to check - this could be well over 1,000 contacts which is a lot of time spent.3 votes -
Viewing Cancellation
Click on a viewing in the diary, then select “Actions” → “Cancel Appointment” and add a cancellation reason, it could automatically trigger an email to both the vendor and the viewer, notifying them of the cancellation. Similar to when booking a viewing. It would be great if this is possible, rather than doing everything manually.

Owner’s Name on Appraisal List
When searching properties >> all appraisals, it would be helpful to have the option to display the homeowner’s name on that main screen, rather than needing to click into each individual property. It would also be great to have a quick option to add a note directly to the contact (rather than just to the property), to make updating information more efficient.

Zapier - more triggers and actions
With AI Agents becoming more useful in Zapier, it would be great to have more REX Triggers and Actions available to use in Zapier as the possibilities would expand exponentially.
Eg. Action: Update existing contact - this would allow us to clean our REX contact database using AI

Buyer Match Profile Added with every enquiry
Every time a person enquires on a listing, the match is added to their profile as a new match.
At present if it is not the clients first enquiry the match is not saved. People enquire on many properties, if we do not log the match the reverse match feature is less accurate.

We would like to suggest an enhancement to the reminder filtering functionality within REX.
Currently, the system only allows the "Due Date" and "Track" filters to be saved as default. However, it would be extremely beneficial for our workflow if we could also set "Property" as a default filter.
Organising reminders by property provides a much clearer and more actionable view for our team. Instead of viewing a long list of reminders, being able to group them by property allows us to focus on specific tasks related to a particular listing or client more efficiently.
