Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Is it possible for when someone checks in to an open to be able to add an dependent. instead of each individual signing into a code as this
Is it possible for when someone checks in to an open to be able to add an dependent. instead of each individual signing into a code as this way we will be able to identify groups of people.
Also, when a mobile phone scans in to sign in, it can't scan and sign in again for a different person. this is quite an issue as some guests bring elderly parents who don't have smart phones.27 votes -
Have the option to add BUYER MATCH from LEADS main page
It would be great to have an option to add a buyer match from the main leads page dropdown menu whilst processing leads. Currently, you have to go into the contact to add a match alert, which when you have 20+ leads to process takes a fair amount of additional time.
It would be even better also if when doing this the match alert pre-fills or makes suggestions of what to include in the match alert based on the listing they enquired on.14 votes -
QR Codes to check into Private Inspections & on Pocket
The new QR code update is fantastic but it can only be used at the time of an Open Home. It would be great if the QR Code check-in is applicable to the property at all times so that buyers can check in via the QR code at private inspections. Otherwise, there is no
Additionally, it would be great to have a quick access to the QR code from Pocket Rex - so that it is accessible by any staff member conducting the inspection at any property. The QR code could be displayed on the agents tablet/phone device for check-in.

Send Automated Thank you text to Open Home attendees that use QR code to sign in
For all attendees that have attended open and scanned the QR code should have an automated thank you for attending Open text sent to them.

Clearer OFI Attendee Information
Could the number of those which have requested and been sent a Contract (out of all which have attended) be displayed with the numbers as above. So now the display for me on Sunday would be 11/31/8 which would tell me that 11 groups attended on Sunday, total attendances: 31 and, of the 31, 8 have taken a Contract. And could the people that have taken a contract, have a flag or some sort of recognition next to their name.

Send emails to multiple email addresses on the same contact i.e. Multiple 'Primary Email Addresses'
I would like to be able to send merge emails to multiple email addresses on the same contact i.e. sending a contract to a husband and wife where they both want a copy in to their email (rather than having to create them twice). So maybe like being able to assign multiple 'primary email addresses' for a contact.

Display the "+" icon on the home page of Pocket
At the moment if we receive a phone call out of the office we need to make multiple clicks before we can create a note/feedback to make a record of the discussion. Having the "+" icon appear on the home page of pocket would enable quicker access.

Display small blue Ownership logo next to your properties (same as contacts)
When you search contacts, there is a little blue headshot next to contacts if you are the owner of the contact. This helps differentiate between contacts you own and contacts someone else in the office owns. This is a very useful feature.
This feature would be great if also applied to when you search properties. At the moment, you dont know at a glance when typing into the search bar which property record is yours and which belongs to a different staff member

Auto assigning a match profile from Leads & ofi/inspection contacts
It would be amazing for REX to be able to auto populate a buyer match profile on to a contact when it is inputted into the system from a LEAD & OFI/Private Inspection. It should populate from the property that the buyer enquired on or inspects within $50k either side.
Other CRM systems do this and it is amazing for matching buyers quickly and saves time with the agents having to manually put a match profile on to each contact. This is a must have ASAP for agents using the system efficiently and being able to confidently tell an owner…

Printing direct from trust ledger and not having to generate PDF
It would be more time efficient to be able to print the ledgers directly when the ledger has populated instead of having to generate the report then download then print. Way too many unnecessary steps.

Absentee Owner or Owner Occupier search function
I tried to mail merge to absentee owners in my farm area. However the only function enabled is refined search > Postal Address > Yes/No.
It would be great to find Current Owners in my farm area, who have a postal address set in another suburb i.e. an absentee owner.
Please can we creat a refine search:
Postal Address > Is / Is Not > [SUBURB NAME]
or even better yet, a feature to determine absentee or owner occupier contacts

Disclose or Undisclose Price When SOLD
It is really frustrating that when you mark a property as sold that you MUST put the price. Some vendors/purchasers do not want to disclose the price and this should be a feature in Rex where you can choose whether the price is shown or not once a property is sold.

Suburb Groups for buyer match profiles
Rather than adding individual suburbs or postcodes each time you add a buyer match profile, have the ability to add a group ie Wester Suburbs which could be customisable.

Dual Living - add to Property features
It would be great to put Dual living in more info under the features for listed properties. This is very specific to certain buyer and properties. Please can this be added ;)

On the Dashboard - the function to be able to 'like' and 'comment' on new listings / sold listings
Good for team morale, especially great for agencies with multiple locations!

Commission Worksheet
Commission worksheet to include following information:
Sale Price
Commission Rate
Unconditional Date
Settlement DateWe use a manual commission spreadsheet that we send to agents for there taxation and invoicing.
All these fields are the information they require.

Buyer Match Report
Can we please have a "Buyer Match Report" created showing the contacts that were emailed buyer match alerts overnight and which property the alert was for.
At the moment, there is no way to know if an alert has been sent to one of your contacts without having to go into the particular person or property card which is super time consuming.
Previously (when we were using Renet CRM) we were sent a report each day advising what alerts were sent to which contact so the agent was able to follow up these matches. Rex does not have this function. …

Print report of all notes, feedback etc. in listing stream
Need a way to print all the notes, feedback, tasks etc. that appear in the 'Stream' tab on a listing. As a dated PDF report, rather than a csv export. Useful when a full file report needs to be produced for a particular listing.

User gets diverted to dashboard after a period of inactivity
We often have admins/agents sitting in a listing for hours and sometimes all day but they aren't making any edits. It would be handy if after a period of inactivity, say 30 minutes, the user gets diverted to the dashboard or another screen so that they aren't sitting in a listing for hours at a time doing nothing. Often they don't reload the page and not all edits show up with the orange bar so they often override changes made by someone else in a listing.
