Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Auto Match Profile - Enabling Email Contact
Now that REX has automatic match profiles for online enquires they haven't given the option for alerts to be sent to those match profiles.
I would like them to enable communications as an option when setting up auto-match profiles.27 votes -
On the listings tab on the dashboard
After you click on a listing on a listings tab list, you can move backwards or forwards through the list on the listings page (see screenshot). However, if you refresh the page them the option to move backwards and forwards goes away. This really needs to be fixed.

Mass Action to Remove/Unsubscribe a Contact to Multiple Mailing List
As mentioned, if we could have a mass action button that we can trigger or use to remove or unsubscribe a contact from multiple mailing lists at once. Perhaps a "Select All" function to unsubscribe them all at once?

Auto Responder for Projects
Currently Auto responder for leads is set up per listing, therefor you will only have auto responses for enquiries directly on a certain listing. However we only sell land estates and have projects enabled, which means this does not help for leads that come through from our websites regarding a project, nor our REA leads that come through directly on a project.
Could this be looked into being able to enable an auto response for a project?

Integrate Rex with Spectre
Spectre in the UK has an integration with all the major CRMs except for Rex. It would be great if Rex can do an integration with Spectre ASAP in order to reduce the double entry we have to do.

2 factor authentication
Require 2 factor authentication when signing in from a new device for the first time.
The data contained in REX is extremely sensitive data and in light of all the hacks that have occurred i think it's really important that 2 factor authentication is enabled on all important systems. Otherwise REX is extremely vulnerable to hacking

That the same merge tag fields be available across both Listings and Contacts
Can you please add the merge fields currently available under listings to contacts as well. We generated a great SMS template under listings which includes: listing address, auction date, time and venue, live auction link and agent name. However, more often than not, we are sending these to a bulk list of contacts, rather than one at a time, and need to send this from contacts. As these fields aren't available under contacts, we currently have to generate a manual SMS for each listing.

Open New Tab on Listings List
Cannot open listings on a separate tab when clicking on a listing on the listings list. When I open a listing, I need to click back back on the browser in order to look at the list again. For some reason you can do this in the report but on the listing list!

Improved Usability for OFI Follow Up
I am hoping for a single location within Rex to make OFI Follow Ups more efficient.
Currently, I have to use two separate sections to complete my follow up: one to access attendees' contact details, and another to view their feedback notes and interest level. It would be so much easier to be able to see all of this information in one screen.
Further development to the Feedback >> View contacts linked to Feedback page to also include:
1. Feedback from the inspection

Show when a listing is 'Under Offer' in the search bar
When a listing is 'Withdrawn' or 'Sold' it shows the listing status clearly in the search bar. However, when a property is 'Under offer', it shows the listing as 'Current.' It would be great if we could have the listing showing as 'Under Offer' and not 'Current'

Alerts for co-workers you've added to your calendar appointment
When you invite a co-worker to your appointment in calendar, they don't receive an alert or option to accept/decline like outlook would.
You have to physically tell them that you have added an appointment to their calendar, make sure they saw it and find out if they can make it, otherwise it just slips in there undetected and can easily be missed.3 votes -
Reverse match sellers with properties you have sold keeping them updated and touched
Just like the buyer match with the automatic email or SMS that is sent out, I would like to be able to do this for all the tagged sellers in our system that have property attributes and details listed against their property to match against just sold properties.
For example we just mark as sold a property at 123 Swan Street in Melbourne which was a three bedroom 2 bathroom double garage on 800 square metres, all sellers in our system that have a property that is within the same suburb (or if possible a radius of that sale location),…

Adding where enquiry came from to the feedback note when reporting for vendors
Adding where enquiry came from to the feedback note when reporting for vendors. If a vendor comes from Canvassing, REA, RCA or CRE you cant see on the actual feedback note from that person, agents are manually noting it above notes from their calls.

Easy access for prospective clients to sign up for our newsletter
Currently there is no widget or link that for prospective buyers/interested clients to sign up for newsletters. We have to add them!
If we could add a widget to the main page of our real estate website this would allow all traffic that visits to sign up for our newsletter, allowing us to keep in contact with new, old and current clients. A great opportunity to gain new business.
This is not available currently and needs to be made!!
The more business we have the better REX will do. Roll on effect!

Properties Appraised to have appraised under them so its visable from contact section. More visability.
I think it would be great to see what properties you have appraised for a contact without opening the properties. Wondering if you can just add Appraised under any property appraised for that contact?

When setting up the auto buyer match. There should be an option to set up an Email campaign with the buyer match so that 'buyers will be alerted about similar properties.4 votes -
enquiry link that is coneected to an agent and can be sent via text to an enquiry so they can add their details and match preferences
Create a html link/qr unique to an agent that can be forwarded to an enquiry on the fly allowing them to enter their details and match preferences including specific property (not mandatory) which goes directly into rex linked to the agent. Would be awesome if it could be done out of pocket too.

Address line visible from Contacts view
In order to make relevant calls to relevant contacts, the address fields should be visible from the contact view in Rex desktop.
This would allow prospecting, tagging, adding reminders, etc based on address.
Whilst Related Properties is a function in Rex, a large imported database needs time to add these, and the use of this field would aid the data entry process as well.1 vote -
Address line visible
I have Reminders in my list which are anniversary calls but they don’t have the property address.
Can this be added to this view? Both in Rex desktop and so we can make our calls from Pocket which is the easiest way to make and log a call at the same time.
I have to click into the Reminder, click again into the Contact, then scroll down to see their address in the field.
