Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

    My problem is sometimes we get involved in lengthy back and forward correspondence via text on our phones with buyers. In the past I have shared the text via email back to my computer where i cut and paste in to Stream on Rex. This is a timely process, and I was looking for a quicker way .

  2. Visual Farm Area contact database/market share

    I have come from an agency that used Agentbox. It had this wonderful feature that I could look at my farm area as a map and the properties I had contacts details for were green and the ones I didn't in red. It allowed you the opportunity to visually see your area and the market share you had, this would be great if REX had something like this.

  3. Remove Duplicate Contact Records as a Result of Enquires with Multiple Agents

    When a lead/enquiry comes through for a listing that has two agents, we can see that it goes to both agents. However the person who has enquired, their contact record gets created twice, one for each agent. Instead of going in each time this happens to duplicate the record it would be good if REX could somehow recognise this and only create the one record for that contact.

  4. Separate User Templates

    In our open office environment we have access to each others templates. It would work better for us all if we only had access to our own templates. It would prevent overwriting the templates that we have specifically set for a particular task.

  5. Ability to add/CC multiple contacts into a match profile email.

    When producing a list of match profile result, we are able to email flagged properties to the contact. However it would be helpful if to that email we could also add another contact into the email. This means that for example a contact will be sent this list, but someone who is involved or needs to see this as well could be cc'd into the one email.

  6. Ability To 'Sort' Match Profile Search Results

    When doing a match profile it would be great if we could sort those search results by " Price Lowest to Highest (and vice versa)" and also "Newest to Oldest (and vice versa)". This would help our agents to sort through listings easier and would also align with how listings can be sorted through on online real-estate platforms.

    Search for postal address! Would be helpful if you have a contact thats name has been input incorrectly/ you have forgotten someones name but know they have a postal address in rex

  8. Export Events .CVS

    Hi,

    It would be great to be able to export the listing events as CVS files. At the moment we can only get HTML and PDF files, which aren't ideal to quickly formate the data after export.

    We're specifically using this for open home times.

    only need 1 "interest level" section, being under contact's name.... no need for "interest level" in feedback.... that's confusing and doubles up.... also needs to have option to go back to neutral, currently once you make them cold, warm or hot, they must be 1 of them from now on

  10. haveing the option to create a vendor preview link of the property to approve before publishing the listing online

    Our old CRM had the ability to generate a link for each of the listings that were interactive - showing a preview of the properties where they could look through the photos, floor plans, videos and read over the copy. a representation of how the property would look online before it was published. It was a great way to get approval before we put them online.

    Add Users so everyone so it looks the same on each mobile device for all attending & add alert 'Time to Leave' & client contact details for access to make a quick call.
    When setting an appointment Rex only allows to attach one User. Here, we have many appointments where more than one staff member attends. We would like to please request the ability to attach two or more Users to an appointment so our mobile calendars show all agents attending the appropriate appointments, and provides each user with location.

  13. reassign SELECTED reminders not just ALL reminders per contact/property/listing

    I've just changed staff in an admin role, and there are some reminders in our admin role I want to assign to another role in the office. However, Rex only has the ability to find the style of reminder by filtering the reminder description and then viewing the records in either the listing, property or contact. This means that when I reassign bulk reminders all reminders in the listing, property or contact will reassign, not just the one reminder that was filtered per contact, listing or property.   16. Match profiles - allow selection of listings that get emailed via Pocket

    Currently if you create a match profile for a contact in Pocket and process the match, you can only email all listings in the search results. Would be good if you could select which listings you can email through Pocket as sometimes we dont want to send every one of those listings in the match results.

  17. GST for leasing and sale listings

    Display the GST box for sale and lease price when creating a commercial sale or lease listing. Currently the box only appears when the listing has been saved and the default is "inc GST". Often agents move onto the next tab rather than editing the pricing again which is an issue because the default for commercial property should be ex GST.

  18. Leads - Allow both send email and add feedback before completing

    Currently when processing a lead there is only the option of either sending an email and complete, or add feedback and complete. The work around is doing a mail merge then processing the lead but that is clunky. Would be good if there is an option to send an email (ie. template), add feedback (so appears on vendor report) and then complete the lead.

  19. Individual Agent Buyer Match Landing Page For New & Existing Contacts

    Give prospects the opportunity to add themselves with an active buyer match to our CRM.

    Each agent/ account holder in our office account can generate a URL code that they can add to newsletter broadcasts, by having the URL we can create QR codes for print marketing and open homes.

    Essentially, whatever way we get prospects to scan or click the link. They end up on our individual URL/ landing page which has my unique indentifier, they can add themselves as a contact first if required. They can then input their own buying requirements into our system ensuring it is…

  20. eBrochure/Newsletter Logo Size

    The permissible logo size within eBrochures (and other areas such as newsletters, emails etc) really needs increasing.

    When you have a long business name (ie. rectangular logo), it looks horrible. Even the address is too large in comparison.

    I understand it may work for some and you can always "get a small logo for your business" (as per Rex's response) but I think that it is not too much to ask especially considering how much screen real estate the eBrochure header has.
