Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Having the ability to setup automated emails to solicitors (Sales progressions)
This feature enables automated email reminders to be sent to both the buyer’s and seller’s solicitors to help track the progress of a sale. Each email includes a simple response option, allowing solicitors to provide a quick status update along with additional comments if needed. Once a response is received, REX automatically updates the sale progression and notifies you by email that there has been an update on the specific property. These reminders are sent automatically based on the timeframes set at the start of the sale.

Email filter in pocket
Add a filter for "has email yes/no" so that when you finish an open home you can send a bulk email to all attendees (which i know it does) & then filter for no email so you can SMS the rest that you didn't get emails from to ask if they want a contract & to reply with email.

Custom fields available as merge fields in confirmation emails in custom appointment type templates
It would be really useful to be able to use custom fields as merge tags in the the confirmation emails available in custom appointment types. We want to be able to include a link to an external property information service in the accompanied viewing confirmation email that would pull the URL from a custom field within a listing, so that the customer gets added value even before the viewing. However, custom fields are not available as merge tags when configuring the confirmation emails in custom appointment types.

Remove photos & listing description before a sold listing is withdrawn from online portals (to avoid them remaining online after sale)
Could Rex provide a tool to automatically remove all/most of the listing images and listing description prior to removing from online portals when marked as sold? Currently we manually remove photos (except main image) and listing description prior to marking the listing as sold. We do this to avoid calls from sellers/buyers requesting images to be removed from various sites well after the property has sold (images may be outdated or contain personal items that sellers don't want remaining visible online). We find it's very hard to contact all the sites that keep these photos online and request them to…

appraisal
Archiving Appraisals - we need more options than the 4 currently available. Then when running a report on past appraisals to see who we can follow up it's not just a long list of 'Not Interested/Cooled off' but can be more specific to the reason to help with follow up. Having the reasons customisable per agency would be very helpful

Withdrawn Listings - Ability to select date withdrawn/archived
Currently it is not possible to edit the date that a listing is withdrawn, meaning the property history reads incorrectly every time adjustments are made to correct old or dirty data.
If we can change the date of archiving/withdrawn for a listing, similar to sold date, it would be very helpful

Purchasers are automatically archived after property completes
Once a property has been changed to marked as sold, the purchaser and previous owner,are automatically archived. It would also be handy that the new owner is set up on a property anniversary where an email is sent out yearly on the completion date.

When a milestone is completed on a sale / chain, can this appear in the STREAM
When we add any notes on the CHAIN very hard to find this quickly when taking an incoming call for an update?
- even better if with a new symbol so can simply see this on the stream?ON CHAIN sheet, would be good idea if when linking the offer it pulls through the buyers address etc as have to currently manually add?

Request for future enhancement to the software
My usecase is i had an agent and he had 1800+ contacts assigned to him. He has resigned and now I wanted to redistrubuted his contacts to the rest of the team members equally. Currently there is no option to select the contacts in batches and assign the contacts to other agents. If you could look into this so that we do not need to export the whole list and then work on excel and reimport the contacts then our like will be a lot easier.

Custom Font Integration to Brochure Editor
We want to be able to make our Rex brochures as on-brand as possible. We aren't able to do this without adding our company font to the Rex brochure builder! This should be something we can customise.
