Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

MFA - multiple users
MFA - Property management department have 1 user account - but multiple users use the account. When MFA comes in this means this won't be available, therefore more accounts needing to be purchased. Surely there are other agents out there with same issue.

Settlement Workflow
Create workflows (reminders and tracks) around contracts and settlements.
EXAMPLES:
When a contract is created - send a task to the person responsible to create a commission worksheet
If you mark a contract as unconditional - send a task to the person responsible to send off the commission invoice.
When a property is marked as sold - an automatic text message is sent to both buyers and sellers for reviews.
Contract is marked as fallen - a task is created for the person responsible to refund the deposit.

Rex Pocket: To display how many times a buyer views/opens the brochure link.
This is so easy to see who is interested in the property or not. Homepass is easily trackable, shows what other properties buyers have attended in the past, and Homepass easily populates their names, without having to ask for their details every time. It's embarrassing and slow. It should send the sms check-in to the open home automatically, without having to be sent from Rex pocket to the app to sms from your phone and go back into rex pocket again. Its too many steps when there is a line up at the door to enter an open home.

Add tick boxes against email reminders
Working out of reminders - For email reminders with templates attached, it would be great if you could select any email reminders that you wish to bulk send at the same time (not email merge function) this would save time rather than having to send each individual email reminder

More flexibility in newsletters templates
To make our newsletters better and save time:
Agent Signatures: We need a way for the agent's signature to be added automatically, maybe merge flied with photo. This would save us from having to manually type or paste it into every newsletter.
Main listing Images: Instead of uploading a new main image for each newsletter, we'd like to be able to simply type in the listing's address. The system should then find and use the correct image.
Event Times: In the event section, we need all of the open times for a listing to show up, not just one.

Auction Campiagn/ Open Home Follow-Up Efficiency
Currently, when reviewing warm/hot contacts, it’s not easy to action follow ups directly from the list view.
Challenges:
You can’t make a call straight from the warm/hot contact list view.
After making a call, updating notes requires opening the individual contact record or specific open home, which adds extra steps and slows things down.
Proposed Improvements:
Allow calls to be made directly from the warm/hot contact list view. (for each contact)
Enable adding/updating notes from the same screen immediately after the call. (for each contact)

Doing SMS out to ‘filtered contacts’
We often want to communicate with many buyers across several different ’tags’ on say a new listing, at the moment we need to go back and forth into this screen, produce the SMS message, send or schedule to send, and repeat with every ’tag’ would be great to be able to select multiple ’tags’ and follow this process the once, PLUS removing duplicates….1 vote -

Would be good to be able to see when vendor accesses the RexHub Portal
Would be good to be able to see the dates and times that a vendor accesses the new RexHub Vendor Portal. Very useful for knowing if they've seen the feedback etc and how often they are looking at it too
