Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

    When setting tracks, the only current option is to be able to set them for yourself. As I work primarily as a property lister, it would be beneficial for me to be able to set follow up tracks on new properties to other members of my team (in the same style of being able to set reminders)

  3. Provide seperate do not call and do not email

    Could we update the Do Not Contact functionality to offer separate Do Not Call and Do Not Email options?

    Currently, the system only allows a global opt-in or opt-out. However, many of our users prefer channel-specific communications—for example, they are happy to receive emails but do not want phone calls (or vice versa). Adding channel-specific toggles would give users better control over their preferences and prevent unnecessary total opt-outs.

  4. I would like all components of our commission sheet to be able to be drawn down into an excel spreadsheet on a monthly basis

    We currently have a report which allows us to draw down a report by period on the unconditional sales for a set period BUT it does not allow us to draw down the information relating to referrals and external conjunctionals - we can see they are there because the numbers in the report dont add up without them. Please contact me directly for a copy of the report as it contains private information which I cannot upload to a general forum.

  5. Marketing Tracking of UTM's through to the contact

    It we create custom UTM tracking fields on the contacts, there is no way to get that information to the contact via the parser.

    If we send as a plain text email, would be good to parse the fields onto the contact, so that we can monitor what marketing leads to an actual sale.

    A notification when someone usubscribes from a buyer match. We can then delete the buyer match rather than just have it as terminated. If the buyer match is just terminated it still appears in the reverse match so the buyer gets another email.

    In my case - it would allow for a much more useful automatic lead reply, ie:

  15. Ability to upload supplier invoices when adding a new VPA invoice

    It would be great to be able to attach the supplier invoice in Rex when adding a new VPA charge, so when an admin is processing incoming supplier invoices they can upload the invoice in Rex and when licensee/trust accountant goes in to process a pay run, can view those invoices easily to ensure amounts and details have been entered correctly.

  20. Email Merges / Templates to be listed alphabetically

    would anyone else thing it would be incredibly handy to have the email template list in alphbetical order?
    when we send mail merges out and select the template list, we find it incredibly frustrating to have to scroll down the list to find the template we are looking for, especially when there are several of the same type but to be sent to various people on the property and the templates arent listed together. surely it cant be that hard for Rex to come up with, what surely must be fairly simple, a solution to listing alphabetically?
