Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Sales & Leasing Comparables - Add Sold or Leased Price Details
There are a number of reports currently available when searching for sold or leased listings (eg. public and public condensed). Using filters helps find comparable transactions.
If a sold or leased price was added to this template then the report could be used as comparable transactions pdf and attached to an appraisal. Currently it shows all details but displays original asking price rather than the transacted price. Would be helpful if Price/sqm was also added ie. transacted price / building area.
This would save hours of transcribing sold or leased evidence into an appraisal as we could produce the report…

Print off notes that are added to a company/property/contact
I would like to see if there is a print option where someone puts a note in and we can automatically print that note which then we can keep a hard copy in a file instead of having to remember wherethe last note/phone call was made & for what company and what property.
It would be a great option to have and will work very good.

Contract Date Reminders
I would be great if you could set tracks to look for dates within a contract. For example, you might want a reminder to send an email 1 week after a contract was supposed to Settle. Because contract dates can be different, you can't use the current way a track assigns. But if you could select contract dates - in this case 1 week after 'Settlement date' - it would change based on the contract.

Ability to Edit Vendor Reports
I don't understand how a system that allows for so much customisation doesn't allow for a vendor report to be customised?
I would love the option to edit the general layout and aesthetics of the report to suit my personal preference.The use of spacing and positioning causes a lot of wasted area and paper when printing off.
The ability to edit would make the vendor reports individual for all offices.

Ability to complete mass reminders or notes on selected records
Currently if you are placing reminders for follow up calls or visits you have to enter every one singularly even if they are in a group.
Would be great if you can place mass reminders or stream feeds to save time.

CMA analysis for OPV
Agents need the ability to create a comparative report in the system that allows them to print a report with the following information..
- Property Address
- Sold Price
- Unconditional Date
- Release Date (if available)
- Agent Lister/Seller infoThe report would need to allow the sort in sold price order, specify a date range (based on unconditional date)
It would also be handy to allow a more detailed report also that the agents can give to people that contacts the property photo, icons and small description, again with the search criteria.

Task based KPI report
In order to measure Salespeople’s activity is it possible to create a management report that allows us to filter by ‘Salesperson’ & ’ date range’ and will display ‘contact name’ & ‘activity recorded (reminders, appointments etc)’ by rep. This would be a very useful tool for management to assess Contact activity generated by Salespeople within a given time frame.

Solicitor name to appear in drop down when sending emails
We send an email to the solicitors straight from Rex to order the contract. It would be great if the solicitors name could also appear (under the owners name) when you click the drop down next to "to" in the email box rather than having to type the solicitor contact in. As it is very easy to accidentally send the Request Contract email to the owner rather than the solicitor when the owner is the only option shown... when you're in a rush... which we always are ;)

Match Profiles - Ability to select to come from different agents (not only contact owner)
We suggest to be able to create match profiles allocated for each agent/ different agents, so that when “Agent A” creates a match profile for that contact an email will come from “Agent A” rather than the “Agent B” who is the “owner” of that contact as buyers come through and speak to many agents and not only the one person.
We want to avoid having once person set up in REX with 4 different agents. but our agents able to create a match profile for that person (even if they don't "own" that contact/person.

Ability to specify a record owner when adding a property/contact/company
It would be great to be able to choose the record owner that a record is assigned to when it's being added to the system, instead of it automatically being owned by the logged in user. eg. just after you've clicked on the '+' button and you're entering the contact name, phone number and email address. In our office a lot of our records are added in by our admin staff and they're having to either reassign them manually as they go - or wait until the end of the day and do it as a mass action. Ability to reverse 'locked' status against contracts
Allow users with a specific privilege to reverse a 'locked' status against a contract.
Sometimes mistakes happen! It would be great if we could reverse these if absolutely required.

Solicitor Address for Sales Advice
On the sales advice under the section vendor solicitor and purchaser solicitor, can we have the solicitors address and postal address details on the sales advice, as this will make it easier to post the sales advice. This was on the old sales advice and is more convenient to look at when looking for details on the file.

Reminders to have a "Due Time" option
In addition to reminders having a due date, it would be helpful if they could also have a "due time" associated with them, so on the day the reminder is due, at the scheduled time, some kind of notification is made to the user (pop up window, Facebook-style notification at top of screen or something similar), so that they know they have to do that reminder.
This is different to an appointment, as there is no "end" time for the reminder - it's just a task that needs to be completed at a particular time.

Choose the default 'Assign To' with reminders (instead of being 'record owner')
When setting reminders, the default 'Assigned To' is 'Record Owner'. I would like to be able to choose who I have as the default. Personally, I would prefer the default to be me instead. Almost every reminder I set is on my own contacts which means I never change the assigned to selection. However, every so often I assign a task on contacts that belong to property managers when they ask me to do sales tasks and its so easy to accidentally assign it to the record owner in the rush to get tasks done.

This default is in place to deal with scenario’s where members of admin staff, pa’s and other staff members are scheduling reminders on behalf of record owners. It also helps to ensure that when record’s change ownership, so to does the responsibility of executing on the tasks themselves.
Happy to hear thoughts on how you think us updating the default to run off “yourself” would reconcile with the existing use cases and / or any alternative way’s of dealing with this you might have in mind.

Second Agent on Open Home
At almost all of our open homes, we have two agents attend and work with the buyers, this helps when we have very busy open homes or if one agent is caught up talking to a buyer.
I would like the option to add two agents to an open home so that we can both register buyers while the open home is on or add notes while the other agent is talking to the buyer.23 votes -
Upload photos to listing from Pocket
Upload photos to listings from Pocket and not into documents.

Ability to Select Which Listing/Listing Category Uses Watermarks
It would be great to allow users to select different watermarks for sales or rentals, and also have the ability to include watermarks or not on singular listings.
For example, a listing that is in conjunction with another agency wouldn't have one agency's watermark branded when there are two working on the listing.
