Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Projects
When adding the listings into Projects & Stages, we should be able to have the ability to add each listing similar to how you add each listing to the Buildings area - this is much simpler and more efficient as you only have to add the lot number (or unit number) all the other info is duplicated. This will save a lot of time, the current system is very time consuming especially for new land estates which have hundreds of blocks and all need to be added as individual listings before you can add the listings to the stages.

Make Open Home and Auction events viewable by anyone subscribed to a users calendar without giving full access to all appointment details.
It would be very useful for Personal Assistants if they subscribe to an agents calendar and can see the details of Open Home and Auction events but not be given full access to all appointments as the agent would have personal/confidential appointments in their calendar.
This would also be useful for joint listings because at the moment you can only add one agent to an open home so the second agent wouldn't be able to see the open home details in the calendar.

Ability for only the Listing Agent to view documents.
Only the Listing Agent (and Admin) can see the documents.
Other Agents in the office are able to view any office listings including photos, price, match price etc – but not the documents.

Mass deduplication
At the moment, you can only view 10 duplicates on a single page. There is also no way to filter said search to owning users.
Would be great to view more duplicates at once, and also filter owning users.

Display small blue Ownership logo next to your properties (same as contacts)
When you search contacts, there is a little blue headshot next to contacts if you are the owner of the contact. This helps differentiate between contacts you own and contacts someone else in the office owns. This is a very useful feature.
This feature would be great if also applied to when you search properties. At the moment, you dont know at a glance when typing into the search bar which property record is yours and which belongs to a different staff member

Suburb Groups for buyer match profiles
Rather than adding individual suburbs or postcodes each time you add a buyer match profile, have the ability to add a group ie Wester Suburbs which could be customisable.

Sync Outlook - Appointment address and contact name
When scheduling appointments and syncing with outlook being able to note the clients name/ and address on where you are going for the appointment. Being able to open the appointment time from your phone/calender being able to see more details

Notify Agents of Unsubscribers
Something needs to be implements where the Agent is notified of contacts who unsubscribe from a campaign- i.e. An agent receives an Email to the effect of: 'FYI - 'X' unsubscribed from your 'X' campaign'.
Its great that the individual is automatically removed from this mailing list at their own call, but this isn't made aware to the listing agent until they are on the contact card itself and see 'Email- terminated, Unsubscribed'
Can something be done about this?

VENDOR REPORT - Comment section
I can see that there is a comments box to free write some text which then appears above the photo when you generate the pdf report.
If you then want to go back to the property, make a change and re-generate the pdf, it doesn't retain the free text from before. That's fine, and you can always copy and paste the text if you remember to.
Can we instead have somewhere within the property details where you could add some text which would then pull through to the report each time?27 votesThank you for the suggestion. We agree that vendor reporting as a system has a few areas of potential improvement. We’re looking to try and revisit our approach to vendor reporting in the near future.

Print/Download the Newsletter Email Statistics
The newsletter send outs to our database are fantastic, however would be great if we could generate a report to either download pdf/ print version as this is data that cannot be shared. Vendors would like to know how many people are looking at their property through our bulk email send outs and would be presented better on a document that showing them on Rex screen.

Every call from pocket app, after putting in your phone call notes there should be a option (Tick box) to go straight into feedback for Rex

At the moment you need copy your notes then go out of the phone call notes after saving your notes and then go into feedback tab and pasted what you said in there again. VERY SLOW.
We would like a little tick box saying “Addnote to feedback” makes it much faster and efficient

Is it possible for when someone checks in to an open to be able to add an dependent. instead of each individual signing into a code as this

Also, when a mobile phone scans in to sign in, it can't scan and sign in again for a different person. this is quite an issue as some guests bring elderly parents who don't have smart phones.27 votes -
Print off notes that are added to a company/property/contact
I would like to see if there is a print option where someone puts a note in and we can automatically print that note which then we can keep a hard copy in a file instead of having to remember wherethe last note/phone call was made & for what company and what property.
It would be a great option to have and will work very good.

Contract Date Reminders
I would be great if you could set tracks to look for dates within a contract. For example, you might want a reminder to send an email 1 week after a contract was supposed to Settle. Because contract dates can be different, you can't use the current way a track assigns. But if you could select contract dates - in this case 1 week after 'Settlement date' - it would change based on the contract.

Ability to Edit Vendor Reports
I don't understand how a system that allows for so much customisation doesn't allow for a vendor report to be customised?
I would love the option to edit the general layout and aesthetics of the report to suit my personal preference.The use of spacing and positioning causes a lot of wasted area and paper when printing off.
The ability to edit would make the vendor reports individual for all offices.

Autogenerate the rex users' signature on trust deposit receipts
Currently the person doing trust receipting has to download as a pdf, and then add a signature in adobe to the receipt, then re-uploading to Rex before sending the deposit receipt to purchaser. Would be a huge time saver if the person entering the deposits to rex has an e-signature autogenerated on the PDFs that rex creates for the receipts.

CMA analysis for OPV
Agents need the ability to create a comparative report in the system that allows them to print a report with the following information..
- Property Address
- Sold Price
- Unconditional Date
- Release Date (if available)
- Agent Lister/Seller infoThe report would need to allow the sort in sold price order, specify a date range (based on unconditional date)
It would also be handy to allow a more detailed report also that the agents can give to people that contacts the property photo, icons and small description, again with the search criteria.

Task based KPI report
In order to measure Salespeople’s activity is it possible to create a management report that allows us to filter by ‘Salesperson’ & ’ date range’ and will display ‘contact name’ & ‘activity recorded (reminders, appointments etc)’ by rep. This would be a very useful tool for management to assess Contact activity generated by Salespeople within a given time frame.
