Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

    We would love to see a Valocity Nexus integration with Rex, as it would enable our team to work faster, more efficiently, and with greater flexibility when accessing property data. It would also streamline the appraisal process by allowing us to create appraisals more quickly and generate appraisal reports directly within Rex.

  2. DNC Toggle in Open Home Attendees (Rex Pocket)

    Hi team, we would like to request an enhancement to REX CRM within Rex Pocket.

    Currently, to remove DNC from a contact during an open home, we need to open the full contact record, go to Basic Information, click edit, and change it to “Okay to Contact.” This takes us out of the attendees workflow.

  3. Facial login - Biometrics

    Hi,

    One of the main reasons I do not currently use the Rex Pocket mobile app is that I need to log in each time, which makes it less convenient than other apps I use regularly.

    I wanted to ask whether there is an option to enable facial recognition or biometric login, so access can be quicker and more seamless.

    If this is not currently available, is it something that may be introduced in the future?

  4. Bulk Reschedule and a Forward-view for Reminders

    The problem

    Reminders are my single biggest workflow bottleneck in Rex. I run a high volume of recurring contact reminders across my pipeline, and right now I have over 100 sitting in my list. When a batch of these become overdue, the only way to deal with them is to open and reschedule each one individually. With the numbers I'm working with, that's a significant time cost and it's easy to lose track.

  5. Automatically Add Multiple Suburbs (Match Profile) Based on Location of Enquiry or Inspection

    Currently when someone enquires on, or inspects a property they get a match profile create for that suburb. This limits them to only auto receive properties in that suburb, unless it is manually updated later.

    Would love to see a 'km' option where you could pick that all suburbs within 1km, 2km, 5km, or 10km of that suburb also get auto dragged into the match profile so that buyers are better serviced with match profiles.

  8. I would like all components of our commission sheet to be able to be drawn down into an excel spreadsheet on a monthly basis

    We currently have a report which allows us to draw down a report by period on the unconditional sales for a set period BUT it does not allow us to draw down the information relating to referrals and external conjunctionals - we can see they are there because the numbers in the report dont add up without them.   9. Marketing Tracking of UTM's through to the contact

    It we create custom UTM tracking fields on the contacts, there is no way to get that information to the contact via the parser.

    If we send as a plain text email, would be good to parse the fields onto the contact, so that we can monitor what marketing leads to an actual sale.

    A notification when someone usubscribes from a buyer match. We can then delete the buyer match rather than just have it as terminated. If the buyer match is just terminated it still appears in the reverse match so the buyer gets another email.

  19. Ability to upload supplier invoices when adding a new VPA invoice

    It would be great to be able to attach the supplier invoice in Rex when adding a new VPA charge, so when an admin is processing incoming supplier invoices they can upload the invoice in Rex and when licensee/trust accountant goes in to process a pay run, can view those invoices easily to ensure amounts and details have been entered correctly.
