Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Create a Reminder when entering a note
Have a tick box within adding a note section so that if you add a note when talking to someone, you can tick the box to create a reminder to call that person back if need be. Instead of double handling by creating a note then creating a reminder.

- If a reminder was auto-created from a note via a checkbox or similar, what would you want the due date set to be by default?
- Would you ever want to change any other details of the reminders or need more than just a checkbox (aka would you want to change priority/date)?

It would be helpful if we can increase the amount of characters allowed in the description of a reminder.

Anniversary Track With Number Of Years
Hey guys!
I absolutely love your reminders for anniversaries on sales, but I wondered if you'd be able to add a feature to this where Rex counts what year it is since it was sold? Make life easier. I can never remember if it's been two, three or four years and it gets worse the longer it goes on.

Reminder automatically assigns to the user creating the reminder
When you Add a reminder it automatically assigns to the user creating the reminder not the record owner

Reminder
In the reminders when your setting a reminder, it allows you to choose its priority as default, low or Hot.
When HOT is selected on the day that that reminder pops up on the dashboard, i feel it should pop up at the top of the reminders list. At the moment it doesnt pop up at the top its just flagged as HOT...
I like to flag them as its a reminder to follow them up FIRST, but would be helpful if it was at the top of the dashboard list.

Setting reminders default to show all outstanding tasks not just todays tasks
Can we change this default setting to ensure all overdue and current reminders are present in the agent dashboard? It makes no sense to have outstanding reminders hidden as they still need to be actioned and it creates a situation where tasks are getting missed. I can see from the above request search there have been multiple users bring this issue up and the idea has always been rejected. It makes no sense at all to ignore overdue reminders, what is the point of reminders at all if you only see what is due on a given day not what…

Completing reminders inside a contact record
When completing a reminder inside a contact record - would be great if it popped up and asked if you would like to leave a note as it does when you complete them from reminders area. just think this would be great workflow.

Alerts for recurring appointments so they can be ticked off as completed
When adding recurring appointments the new appointment is then sets rom the day the previous appointment was ticked off as completed. This then makes it useless if the appointment wasn't ticked off the day it was due. Could there be an alert that comes up when the appointment is due so that if it is completed it can be ticked as completed which will then make the recurring reminder fall as it's supposed to.

Add a task without assigning it to a specific contact or property
Without having to specify a specific person or property to attach to a reminder, admins and agents can then use reminders like a checklist for themselves, prompting the agents to use this rather than their own diaries or other external programs for their other tasks.

Notifications for pocket
To have notifications for all your own reminders so they're like pop ups so we remember to do them. Kinda Like how outlook pops up your reminders... lots of my aps have send notifications - is this able to come into pocket at all pretty please?

overdue count
Can we please have an overdue count show on the dashboard so important reminders are not hidden after two weeks.

Add a secondary person to assign a reminder to.
Add a secondary person to assign a reminder to. This was for PA's they can get the reminder to follow through on the task but the sales agent can get a reminder also to keep in touch with what's happening with their clients.

Bulk Assign reminders to contacts
It would be extremely helpful to be able to bulk assign new reminders to contacts.
Eg. I print 100+ letters for each of my reps every week that need a follow-up call the following week. It would be great if I didn’t have to manually add the reminder for each property.

Upgrade of Reminder and Track System
We would like to have considered features we had in our previous CRM system that enhance it being more automated with the use of tracks:
- Ability to email both contacts from within one client record, so that tracks can include communication by email to both parties (or even outside of tracks general emails etc can be sent to both parties would also be most helpful)
- Ability to automatically assign when setting up the track who the correspondence within the track is to go to (i.e. When it’s a Seller letter, having to manually search for and attach the Vendor creates…

Is there a way I can create a list of people eg tag them then attach a reminder to call them all rather than just one at a time?
Eg I go through and search a particular group of people, make a list and would then like to add an activity to call them all and set a reminder to do so so that it shows up on my dashboard. It would also help when delegating old data to new employees to call through and clean up.

Completed date for reminders
When you have a reminder that is part of a track it would be ideal if the completed date was added to the reminder when you tick it off instead of the date that the reminder was set for. Most of the time the reminder date is set ahead as you are just "guessing" a date as it is part of a track that asks for in how many days is the reminder due from adding the track.

Creating a feature that allows the change of the due date for reminders in a set of records to be updated in bulk.

Print detailed Reminder Call List
Can we print off call sheets (reminder calls from the dashboard) which will have the following:-
1. Contact details of owner, but not email.
2. Address of property they own/ or property they may be selling.
3. If they own an investment property the address of that property aswell.
4. Last entered note on stream.

Choose the default 'Assign To' with reminders (instead of being 'record owner')
When setting reminders, the default 'Assigned To' is 'Record Owner'. I would like to be able to choose who I have as the default. Personally, I would prefer the default to be me instead. Almost every reminder I set is on my own contacts which means I never change the assigned to selection. However, every so often I assign a task on contacts that belong to property managers when they ask me to do sales tasks and its so easy to accidentally assign it to the record owner in the rush to get tasks done.

This default is in place to deal with scenario’s where members of admin staff, pa’s and other staff members are scheduling reminders on behalf of record owners. It also helps to ensure that when record’s change ownership, so to does the responsibility of executing on the tasks themselves.
Happy to hear thoughts on how you think us updating the default to run off “yourself” would reconcile with the existing use cases and / or any alternative way’s of dealing with this you might have in mind.
