Forwarding Previously Sent Emails
Once an email has been sent through Rex and is showing in the client stream, it would be great to be able to have an option to forward that original email (with attachments) rather than starting a brand new email if we need to resend that same information to the client.

Hi team,
Is there a way to resend and email (forward it) out of Rex.
For example if I send an email then would like to follow it up. Other than sending a new email is there a way to resend/forward that original email to the same contact with notes like "as per below or following on my other email"?
Hope that makes sense.
Thanks

How many votes do you need to get this idea on track? It seems like a no-brainer to us.

This is essential for a time management. Particularly when needing to provide evidence of a sent email.

I think this would be a great improvement also. It might be a good work around for the issue of sending an email/vendor report to 2 vendors in the same contact record when currently it only goes to the primary email address. In many cases you want the email to go to both email addresses, not just the primary one.

Hi Eliza / Lauren,
Definitely something we'll consider.
We'll watch this request closely over the next couple of months - see if you can drum up some more votes for this one.

Is there any way the text can be forwarded, if we instead add the attachments again?
This is a feature that I often find frustrating, with the only way at the moment to forward, by cutting and paste, which also doesn't provide the original sent email date/time etc like outlook, or taking a 'Screetn print' shot and pasting into an email as jpeg, which looks quite unprofessional.
If not, can this be something Rex considers for the future?
