Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Quicker access to offers and viewings - Stream line the basics.
Where the system show the amount of offers, viewings and leads to link into a viewing and offer section to speed up operational time. I feel the system makes you make 3 steps to get to the info when it could be in one.

Undo Option or Recycle Bin Option
If we can have the option to undo an action or a recycle bin option, this way in case feedback is accidentally deleted, then we have the option to undo it or look for it on the recycle bin, this way we wont need to re-enter the entire thing and start all over again, thank you :)

REX Pocket: Include option to edit Attendee's address and other custom fields when registering attendees.
Currently, the input fields allows us to update name, phone number, email address.
However, Agents would need some customizable fields that they might possibly need to access during data entry. Example would be updating the current address, match profiles, tags, or adding trackers.18 votes -
Feedback interest level
Hello Team,
Hope your all doing well. I notice when I have multiple feedback for the same property the individual feedback can have different interest levels. So if their interest goes from hot to cold I have to go back to old feedback and make sure it is consistent.
Otherwise, owners ask why they have hot interest and cold interest.

Improved Usability for OFI Follow Up
I am hoping for a single location within Rex to make OFI Follow Ups more efficient.
Currently, I have to use two separate sections to complete my follow up: one to access attendees' contact details, and another to view their feedback notes and interest level. It would be so much easier to be able to see all of this information in one screen.
Further development to the Feedback >> View contacts linked to Feedback page to also include:
1. Feedback from the inspection

Moving cancel button on feedback box
Can the cancel button please be moved to the bottom left hand corner of the feedback box. I constantly click the cancel button after putting notes in and it is incredibly frustrating!!

Cancelled appointments
Cancelled appointments. The fact that appointments have been cancelled are only obvious on the calendar.
When looking for feedback, they are the only obvious on appointments if you have gone into editing them, and they are still presented for feedback reminders.
A red cancelled tab could prevent time wasted and they should automatically be removed from feedback reminders.For example, both these appointments have been cancelled in the attachments but you wouldn't know.

'Phone call' as a way that we were contacted
In the menu drop down box if we could have an option of 'phone call' as the way were contacted.

Make "feedback type" customisable
To make the "feedback type" a customisable list, the ones that are not used can disappear, or other types can be included, such as canvassing.

open home feedback
Bring across the new Leads popup (with "Send Email', 'Book Appointment', 'Send SMS; etc options) to the open home buyer feedback process (upon clicking the 'edit' link in open home feedback dropdown menu), with an extra column to the left with open home attendees names, and instead of the internet portal enquiry to the right, have the buyer feedback text box.

Improve the UX around vendor feedback reports
When generating a report, the contact interest level is repeated when multiple contact records are assigned to a viewing.
In addition, it's not clear to the vendor what "Cold", "Warm" or "Hot" means when reading the report.

At the moment you need copy your notes then go out of the phone call notes after saving your notes and then go into feedback tab and pasted what you said in there again. VERY SLOW.
We would like a little tick box saying “Addnote to feedback” makes it much faster and efficient

Enquiry Source - Social Media
We spend anywhere from $250 - $1000 on social media campaigns and it would be good to show our owns on vendor reports which of our enquiries come directly from the social media campaigns.

Default feedback to "warm" for home open/enquiries/private inspections
Default feedback to "warm" so we can easily send message to all viewers that were warm or hot on a listing without missing any.

Contacts hot/warm/cold status for a property should adjust for that contact on that property if their interest changes
When posting feedback for a client there is a hot/warm/cold status. This is very useful when keep a track on the interested parties and the number of interested parties displayed on the vendor report. Currently if you have a contact like John Smith and he has hot feedback when you first meet him but on further follow up he changes his interest level, or if John Smith came for multiple viewings with 3 feedback entries for example, and was ranked as hot on all 3 and on the 4th viewing he decided he had changed his mind, the vendor report…

Allowing feedback to be more easily entered
Would love it if we could enter buyer feedback more easily from the property stream. The current dropdown requires you to click view and then go into the next screen and move forward with feedback - Would be great if it just had a 'feedback' option here to make things a little more efficient. Thank you

Include feedback in stream
Would be helpful to show feedback in stream notes in REX + pocket as well so we dont have to flick backwards and forwards between the two and can get a snapshot at a glance. Of course feedback can then list all the feedback only, but the stream should be everything as it happens.

Extra Column in contacts linked to feedback
An extra Column in contacts linked to feedback section clearly showing if they are HOT/COLD or WARM on a property so that you don't have to click into the Contact to see if they are interested.

Kiosk - Buyer enquiry source
Pocket Kiosk should absolutely have a mandatory field when completing contact information "Enquiry Source" or "Where did you hear about this property" Make it a multiple choice question

I understand we can gain this information at call backs, but it doesn't always happen. This information is crucial to feedback reports and can be done at the time of entry.
