Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

    Would be good to be able to see the dates and times that a vendor accesses the new RexHub Vendor Portal. Very useful for knowing if they've seen the feedback etc and how often they are looking at it too

  8. SMS to multiple tagged contacts at once

    Doing SMS out to ‘filtered contacts’
    We often want to communicate with many buyers across several different ’tags’ on say a new listing, at the moment we need to go back and forth into this screen, produce the SMS message, send or schedule to send, and repeat with every ’tag’ would be great to be able to select multiple ’tags’ and follow this process the once, PLUS removing duplicates….

  9. Action follow ups directly from the all open home attendees list view.

    Auction Campiagn/ Open Home Follow-Up Efficiency

    Currently, when reviewing warm/hot contacts, it’s not easy to action follow ups directly from the list view.

    Challenges:

    You can’t make a call straight from the warm/hot contact list view.

    After making a call, updating notes requires opening the individual contact record or specific open home, which adds extra steps and slows things down.

    Proposed Improvements:

    Allow calls to be made directly from the warm/hot contact list view. (for each contact)

    Enable adding/updating notes from the same screen immediately after the call. (for each contact)

    This would significantly streamline follow-ups particurly when running an…

  20. Property Sorting Bug

    It seems that properties are sorted twice when sorting by address: successfully grouping by street, and then street number.

    There is a bug with properties such as 5A Example Street - with the sorting algorithm treating these length 2 strings like they are to be sorted after the 50's for example.

    It'd be great if the sorting method treated these like unit numbers to avoid putting them late in the lists.

    This will help for ordering of physical marketing items and exporting.
