Viewing notes that others have left on your records
When using a closed office role, you can only view the notes that you leave on a record. But if you have admin staff leave notes on records you own, you can't view it. The only alternative we have is to enable users to view all notes, which gives them access to Notes on ALL records, not just their own.
It would be great if there was an additional privilege that would enable record owners to view notes on their records, left by other users.

We need this ASAP! The notes on contact records are useless otherwise as they only function whilst owned by the current assigned user. Please introduce it asap!

This is a must have! I have been transferred many contacts and I am unable to see notes that have been made by admin or past holders of the account. I am having to have conversations with contacts who are already a few steps ahead and I can sense frustration on their end due to 'going around in circles'. This would be avoided if I was able see what the last point of contact was.

We need this feature ASAP as when a staff member leaves we are transferred their contacts however we can not see any notes the agent has written. This leaves us with a distinct disadvantage. I have asked our principle to consider another CRM if this can not be addressed ASAP

It is very important that this feature gets introduced ASAP!! it renders any past contacts that a team member leaves behind essentially usless! if we cant read previous notes wrtiten for a contact we have no idea what their existing relationship with this client is. I will probably change to a different CRM that offers this feature soon if this is not introduced!

This feature is something we have been asking for, for a long time! When an employee leaves our office, the staff member taking over their client base is at a severe disadvantage not being able to read the notes/history due to our closed office set-up. If we knew this would have been an issue when we signed up with Rex, we would have looked at other alternatives. I can see this issue has previously been requested by other people/agencies also, so it's clear that Rex users are wanting this update. It would be much appreciated and greatly improve user performance. PLEASE make this update a priority!

This is essential for our office to have this feature of seeing others notes left so we can keep track of our client service between team members.
We would love to have a feature that can toggle note transparency between team members to see what has been done.

Is this issue being addressed? as it has been dragging on now for three years! This is essential for users in our office. If someone leaves and we re-allocate contacts/listings to another person, that person cant see any of these notes and constantly has to an administrator to advise the details of the notes.
Can this please be changed so that an owner of a record can always read the notes regardless of who entered it.

Hi Jason, It's not a waste of time - we've released hundreds of features based on uservoice requests. This item, like every item that goes through uservoice is reviewed by our team and is on our radar.
Which features get implemented when depends on a lot of factors (including how they related to other planned features) but engagement is definitely one of the highest indicators for us.
A lot of our developer's time over the last 9 months has been invested into pocket - a mobile app which was the highest requested feature on this forum. A lot of our releases over the next 12 months likewise will be driven by user engagement via this medium.
At the end of the day, it's up to you whether you engage with us here or not. Not everything posted here will be implemented (you'll see there are hundreds of requested features) but it does go a long way to helping to develop our release roadmap and ensure we can deliver as many user requests to make as many people's lives as easy as possible.

This is an absolute must have for open office environments.
We currently have to show notes on ALL records as a workaround which really hurts the privacy for agents.
