Bulk Assign reminders to contacts

It would be extremely helpful to be able to bulk assign new reminders to contacts.

Eg. I print 100+ letters for each of my reps every week that need a follow-up call the following week. It would be great if I didn’t have to manually add the reminder for each property.

    Crazy we dont have this feature yet, would be super useful for keeping prospect lists within rex, rather having to export them manualy or individually add 100 - 200 reminders for a given week

    This would also be helpful if when you send a newsletter, then select the contacts that need following up, that you could do a mass action and add a reminder to chase the contact up.

    Please also make it possible to add bulk tracks, not just reminders.

    Agreed! It would also be good if you could add plans/tracks to a large/bulk group of contacts at once.

    This would help when you import properties by streets and you need to add a track or reminders to the list, to visit the properties again because the owners weren't home or a prospecting track:)

    You could track phone calls to large numbers of group, let's say I had a task to call through a just soles enquiry list, I could set a task agains the whole list(mass action) then I can track how many phone calls I make. Tons of other reasons for this feature, the last crm had it, it's invaluable

    Have the ability to add reminders via a mass action - IE if you need to call neighbours of a new listing, you could mass add reminders to make the calls on a certain day.

    This would be ideal for moving those that attend OFI's and need to be called after the sale so please make the change asap
