Contract Sending/Opening Tracking
It would be great if contract tracking was an option. For example, anyone who was sent a contract, who received a contract and who opened a contract for a particular listing could be searched and a report generated.

OFFERS & CONTRACTS SAVED UNDER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
In an effort to ensure no mishap can occur with saving offers under contracts and not just listing documents is it possible to have a documents tab within the Contracts area.
I understand we can identify a contract under documents however this area carries all documents relevant for a buyer regarding a listing and I fear that a massive mistake can occur if agents attach without paying attention and accidentally attach an offer to a potential buyer instead of a blank S&P? Request to add a 4th option for a contract's status. 1. Accepted 2. Unconditional 3. Settled 4. Released (Section 27 in Victoria))
Settled/released in the State of Victoria don’t have the same definition.
Under Section 27 of the Sale of Land act, the deposit can be ‘released’ to the vendor after 28 days from sale date, once authorised by the solicitor we are able to also draw our commission. So frequently the release date is not the same as the settlement date. It would be good for REX to have 'Released' as an additional contract status, and commission is payable to agents based on the 'release date'. Commission statements are then paid in a more timely manner.1 vote -
Automatic Tracks after marking a property as unconditional/sold/settled
Have automatic tracks that are triggered when a contract is marked as unconditional and sold/settled. This would allow reminders to be set up for final inspection, deposit refunds and client gifts

Sold - option to change postal address on purchaser contact
when changing listing to sold and it asks to update the property record / owner with the purchaser information. another box to ask do you want to change the postal address of the purchaser?

Vendor contracts legal name and address
There should be an option to use (or not use) the advanced section or re-entering the 'legal name' or 'legal address' for vendors contract, for those of us who initially use the legal names and address, it is time consuming to re-enter the same information. There should be checkbox option to either amend the legal name and address, or leave as is, as we are doubling up on unnecessary work. This is the same for salutation, i do not understand why we would need to enter this manually, a salutation is usually the first name/s or of the contact. This…

There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without. Also solicitor references should be available s.
There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without ie. vendors solicitor and purchasers. Also personal solicitor references should be available so it can be addressed to an individual and not just the company.eg. Andrew Thomas, Thomas & Co solicitors blah blah

Field box for Contract Requests
Create a checkbox or field that can be selected to show when contracts are requested by/issued to an interested buyer, under the feedback enquiry section.

Report showing when contract statuses are due & 10 days for holding deposit
I know you can set reminders for when contracts statuses are due, but it would be good to be able to print a report for ALL CURRENT CONTRACTS, regardless of if only accepted, or unconditional, that shows when the next status is due. And also to include if deposit has been paid or not, and if paid, when the 10 working days for holding it is due.

Sales advice custom details
It would be nice if we could add a notes section, or some custom fields at the botttom of the page. There's plenty of left over space at the bottom of the sales advice so some customisabililty would be nice.

Number of Days Calculation from Contract Date
When entering in a new Contract of Sale, could we please have the option for REX to calculate the number of days from the Contract Date for the various due dates (ie. Finance, Deposit, Building and Pest, Settlement etc).
For example, when Finance is due 21 DAYS from Contract date. We love that to be counted out within REX rather than using an external date calendar.
Our previous uploader let us put the number of DAYS in and it would calculate this for us.

Owner & Vendor
Owner and Vendor is the same thing. Suggestion would be to enable Vendor to be selected from a Contact, with also the Vendors Solicitor in the field. We use repeat vendors using the same solicitor and having to double entry this all the time.
Also would be beneficial to be able to select Solicitor from dropdown or autosearch section

client login
Hi,
It would be great if there was an ability to give out a client login when listing a property and when it goes under offer. From there the clients could see due dates, status updates, see what VPA is spent or anything else that would help inform the client. Not all clients are available during the day or evenings to speak to someone.

Have more Contract Status such as Hold, Contract Issued, Contract sent to Vendor, Contract Date, Cooling off Expiry date, Unconditional
It would be good if we could have more contract status rather than accepted, unconditional and settled. It helps in reporting when using the Projects App when dealing with multiple contracts in the one project.

Additional conditions wrongly including today as due date
In the Change Status screen - Finance and Deposit in ‘additional conditions’ – when ticked automatically inserts todays date not date satisfied and not option to change [We have been adding in all conditions in the ‘conditions’ section so the satisfied dates can be changed]. We do not use these becuase of this and they are all showing as overdue on agents dashboards

Have fluid date (text option) on the "add a contract" tab.
As the dates are usually 'so many working dates from the day hereof.' entering a date prior to signing is impossible.

When deposit is received it should automatically update in the contract details
It would be great if when a deposit is received for a property that the details are automatically updated in the contract details

Ability to reverse 'locked' status against contracts
Allow users with a specific privilege to reverse a 'locked' status against a contract.
Sometimes mistakes happen! It would be great if we could reverse these if absolutely required.
