Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Prospecting: Categorising contacts at OFI (Investor or Owner Occupier)
When you are checking in an attendee for an open inspection, you are able to categorise them via the pocket app. For example Investor or Owner Occupier, or something customisable.

Snooze leads
Sometimes there can be a long delay from marketing a property to when viewings can start, and leaving the Leads incomplete can mean you're sometimes less aware of new enquiries coming in / just haven't got round to checking the whole list to see if they've been chased.
Leads are a clear indication of pending viewings, so rather than setting a reminder for the dashboard which can sometimes get lost in the masses, it would be great if we can snooze leads for a number of days or a set date as an easy indication of potential viewings to chase

Have the "Other User is looking at this record" banner added to Leads so 2 agents don't deal try to deal with teh lead at the same time
It would be useful to have the banner that states another user is looking at the record on Leads screens to avoid multiple users trying to claim teh lead at teh same time.

Our main thing is that we don’t know if the auto response was received because it says auto-response sent but when I sent it to myself it di
requesting a feature to CC the agent into a properties Auto-response in the leads section. I have set up auto-response for properties and some of them don't reach the clients. If we were able to CC the agent in, we can ensure that the potential buyer/tenant has all the information they need. And if it didn't come through, we won't miss out on any potential client.

Auto Responder for Projects
Currently Auto responder for leads is set up per listing, therefor you will only have auto responses for enquiries directly on a certain listing. However we only sell land estates and have projects enabled, which means this does not help for leads that come through from our websites regarding a project, nor our REA leads that come through directly on a project.
Could this be looked into being able to enable an auto response for a project?

Assign leads to 3rd agent not on listing
When there are 2 agents on a listing, allow us to assign the leads to a 3rd agent who is not attached to the listing.
Currently we cannot enter the leads dropbox email in the back end of Domain or REA to have the leads assigned to them instead of the 2 listing agents. This would help us direct leads to the right people

Lead Dropbox - Auto Parsing / setting default mailing list, match profiles & tags
When a lead (contact) auto-parses into the database from lead drop box (REA or Domain), we should be able to select in settings the tags & mailing lists that would automatically be added to each automatic contact entry. This would happen by default.
It should also add their match profile based on the enquiry eg: suburb, price range, type of property & whether for rent & sale profile.

Unassigned Leads Into REX
the ideal scenario would be for leads to come in unassigned with unassigned record owners. Leads from contacts which already exist within the CRM, who enquire again, should automatically assign to the existing record owner.
That way we no longer need to manually reassign record ownerships to sales consultants after leads come in. This will save so much time for offices who dont rely on consultants to aquire their own leads in the sense that someone will not need to manually assign both leads and contact ownerships to their users

Mass action "add mailing list"
Allow multiple mailing lists to be selected when conducting a mass action with mutliple contacts.
Currently if you select mutliple contacts and add mailing list you can only add one mailing list at a time. Other sections of Rex (ie. within an individual contact) allows you to select multiple mailing lists so should be a simple fix to mimic the same selection type.

Option for lead to automatically assign to the contact record owner
The system currently has 2 settings for assignment of leads. 1) automatically assign to the listing agent or 2) leave the lead unassigned. I would like to see a 3rd option introduced to automatically assign the lead to a contact record holder if the contact is already owned by a salesperson in the agency. If the lead contact record is not owned by anyone in the company the lead to assign to the listing agent.

Home open registration
In Homepass it is possible to pre-register a buyer for a home open so they then receive reminders leading up to the open, then when at the open the agent can tick them off a registration list to check them in straight away (saving a lot of time when on site). It would be great if this could be integrated into Pocket.

Have the option to add BUYER MATCH from LEADS main page
It would be great to have an option to add a buyer match from the main leads page dropdown menu whilst processing leads. Currently, you have to go into the contact to add a match alert, which when you have 20+ leads to process takes a fair amount of additional time.
It would be even better also if when doing this the match alert pre-fills or makes suggestions of what to include in the match alert based on the listing they enquired on.19 votes -

Visual Farm Area contact database/market share
I have come from an agency that used Agentbox. It had this wonderful feature that I could look at my farm area as a map and the properties I had contacts details for were green and the ones I didn't in red. It allowed you the opportunity to visually see your area and the market share you had, this would be great if REX had something like this.

Leads
Can Leads for enquiries be automatically added to feedback without having to go in and edit the lead. This will reduce double-handling.

Mass Action 'ADD TRACK'
I would like to have the ability to Add Tracks as a Mass Action to groups - for example, group all of the contacts who missed out on property - mass action FOLLOW UP 'Missed out' TRACK. All older contacts with no tags or emails - MASS ACTION - Follow up "orphan" data. Being able to group up my contacts and put them on a track for action would be a huge time saver and would enable me to work the system a little more efficiently - especially when you are working from a mixed old and new database.

Message from online forms
No way to convert a message from online forms to convert and show in Rex. As an example www.bellaclyde.com.au captures a message from online leads which do not show in Rex at all - a lot of messages/comments get lost this way.

Pocket add Lead with simple process
There needs to be a simple process for when a buyer calls an agents mobile direct for adding this to the Leads for Stepthrough. When on the go this process needs to be much smoother and quicker.
