Trust Account Receipts - separate Office Duplicate & original pages
We would like the option to generate the "Office Duplicate" of the Trust receipt on a separate page to the original.
When emailing the receipt directly to clients they get confused receiving both the original and copy on the same page.

I also would like to have the receipt template changed so that there are not two receipts on the one page. That way we can email a receipt directly from Rex to the payee. It is currently very time consuming to have to print, sign, cut in half and then re scan so you can email to payee.
Our Property Management use a system that allows emailing of a single receipt, there has never been an issue with it re auditing purposes (which is what I was told was the need for the duplicate from Rex). Thanks -

Even using a PDF program to delete the bottom half of the receipt add your digital signature and then email is time consuming as it requires the use of another program.

As mentioned below. This template is now outdated as most things are sent electronically.
I would be happy for office copy to be removed. We can just save a copy of what was sent to the client. Also when you down load the receipt there is an option to email. An email template to match this request would also be great. This is a really simple request that takes way to much time with how this template is created.
Can the office copy section simply be removed?
Thanks -

Printed receipts are a thing of the past! There is no need for an office copy as receipts are stored electronically. I see this as a bad flaw as we will only want to email receipts to our clients. I really hope the developers of the software can get onto this soon

I agree also with being able to change the template so as to not have two receipts on the one page. That way we can email direct to the payee. It is time consuming to have to print, sign, cut in half and then re scan so you can email to payee.

Agreed, it is very time consuming having to cut the page in half and then also makes it difficult to scan and file etc... when it is not a full A4 page.

Agreed, having it on two separate pages will be beneficial.
