Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. REX Pocket: Include option to edit Attendee's address and other custom fields when registering attendees.

    Currently, the input fields allows us to update name, phone number, email address.
    However, Agents would need some customizable fields that they might possibly need to access during data entry. Example would be updating the current address, match profiles, tags, or adding trackers.

  2. Set the open home qr code to add the buyer in as the appropriate/correct agents contact. Rather than selecting the wrong agents contact card

    It would be great if the qr code is generated to create and/or add the buyers contact card in as the listing agents contact card. We have multiple agents that use the qr code and have other agents contact card added which results in them not being able to access buyer info

  3. On the listings tab on the dashboard

    After you click on a listing on a listings tab list, you can move backwards or forwards through the list on the listings page (see screenshot). However, if you refresh the page them the option to move backwards and forwards goes away. This really needs to be fixed.

  4. Bulk SMS from pocket so it send from phone rather than marketing credits

    It would be good as suggested in other bulk SMS feature requests if this could be done from pocket for OFI and or private viewing attendees or even contacts attached to feedback or a choice of each or all 3. For example to thank them as a bulk for coming to open homes or viewing the property, to text them all an update to property documents, to invite them to an auction or notify them that a property has sold and how much for.   5. 2 factor authentication

    Require 2 factor authentication when signing in from a new device for the first time.

    The data contained in REX is extremely sensitive data and in light of all the hacks that have occurred i think it's really important that 2 factor authentication is enabled on all important systems. Otherwise REX is extremely vulnerable to hacking

  6. Link Trust tab to VPA tab select VPA items when paying suppliers, link back to VPA tab to mark item as paid and track overs/unders

    when entering VPA supplier invoice payments in Trust Ledger, would be good to be able to select the VPA item as noted on the VPA tab. Then this item ticked as PAID on the VPA schedule and an over / under budget column created showing actual amount paid v amount in budget to track marketing shortfalls / surpluses. Currently using the notes section to write this but would be better to have a summary per VPA item that linked to the Trust tab. Would create a simple, efficient workflow as well

  7. Off-line(no data needed) check in

    When I was doing the open homes the other week using pocket and Pocket Kiosk as usual, apps had trouble checking in open home visitors. (my phone had data connections. My colleague was also having a same issue as well) If there was "an off-line check in feature" available, it would have been helpful..
    When we go to the remote area, this feature would be a good one to have because not always data access is available.

  8. Mass Action to Remove/Unsubscribe a Contact to Multiple Mailing List

    As mentioned, if we could have a mass action button that we can trigger or use to remove or unsubscribe a contact from multiple mailing lists at once. Perhaps a "Select All" function to unsubscribe them all at once?

  9. Feedback interest level

    Hello Team,

    Hope your all doing well. I notice when I have multiple feedback for the same property the individual feedback can have different interest levels. So if their interest goes from hot to cold I have to go back to old feedback and make sure it is consistent.

    Otherwise, owners ask why they have hot interest and cold interest.

  11. Linking data from Trust Funds Request to Trust Deposit when request is selected and receipted

    Linking data from Trust Funds Request to Receipt - details from the trust funds request is pulled through to the Deposit screen when that request is selected at receipting time

  12. Mass Action - add Features and Views Lists

    Currently, adding a 'Feature" or a 'View' to a property or a listing from the list of options requires a single click per selection, which the screen then returns to its normal position, awaiting the next selection. This process wastes too much valuable time.
    A check box next to each item with a final 'confirm' tab at the end would allow the user to quickly make multiple selections from the drop-down list in one go.

    Filters
    When going through OABS, it would be great to use the Filter to select More then/less than, days since seen/first listed. rather than a specific date.

    Eg. OABS, More than, 90 days

  14. For Rex Pocket to have an offline version.

    For Rex Pocket to have an offline version so if the internet is not available you can still add contacts into the app for your open homes and it will update Rex once back online. This means no paper and pen needed or using another product to get by.

  15. Daily email for reminders for overdue tasks/scheduled sends for that day

    It would be great if an email could be sent every morning to the allocated user containing all of their individual overdue reminders/tasks/tracks. The email would ideally also include an overview of any scheduled sends for that day.

  16. Force Fully Available option

    It would be good to have an option to continue to market a property once a sale is agreed or to put a property back on the market if a sale is stalling.

  17. When filing an email to a contact, it would be great to attach it to a property too.

    I forward my emails to emaildrop and then file them against the contact. Some of this information is important for a property and would be good to be able to file against a specific property too. Some contacts have more than one property and we could then file the email to the relevant property. Ideally, when you "file against contact" and the search box come sup, it would be beneficial to have "file against property" too so important info re: a property can be logged and filed to the property.

  18. Auto Communicate Open Homes to persons who have shown interest

    We would like to see EVENT (open homes) automatically communicated to contacts that have expressed interest in a vacant 'For Lease' property. This could also be applicable to For Sale events.

  19. Auto Responder for Projects

    Currently Auto responder for leads is set up per listing, therefor you will only have auto responses for enquiries directly on a certain listing. However we only sell land estates and have projects enabled, which means this does not help for leads that come through from our websites regarding a project, nor our REA leads that come through directly on a project.

    Could this be looked into being able to enable an auto response for a project?

  20. attached ebrochure to email

    When sending an email if you would attach an ebrochure of either a single property or multiple properties similar to when you send a match profile to a customer.

    Example of this, when replying to a lead through email I can attach the ebrochure of the properties I require
