Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. DNC Toggle in Open Home Attendees (Rex Pocket)

    Hi team, we would like to request an enhancement to REX CRM within Rex Pocket.

    Currently, to remove DNC from a contact during an open home, we need to open the full contact record, go to Basic Information, click edit, and change it to “Okay to Contact.” This takes us out of the attendees workflow.

  2. Facial login - Biometrics

    Hi,

    One of the main reasons I do not currently use the Rex Pocket mobile app is that I need to log in each time, which makes it less convenient than other apps I use regularly.

    I wanted to ask whether there is an option to enable facial recognition or biometric login, so access can be quicker and more seamless.

    If this is not currently available, is it something that may be introduced in the future?

  3. Automatically Add Multiple Suburbs (Match Profile) Based on Location of Enquiry or Inspection

    Currently when someone enquires on, or inspects a property they get a match profile create for that suburb. This limits them to only auto receive properties in that suburb, unless it is manually updated later.

    Would love to see a 'km' option where you could pick that all suburbs within 1km, 2km, 5km, or 10km of that suburb also get auto dragged into the match profile so that buyers are better serviced with match profiles.

  6. Central store for files and attachments for email merge templates

    When creating an email merge template (e.g. to be sent out automatically as part of a track), you cannot have attachments. You can have these when you send an individual email to a contact, but not in an email merge template. It would be really useful if there was file storage within Rex so that you could store and add files to be sent out in automated email merges.

  7. Add ignore button to duplicate contact cleanup

    When you have multiple agents with duplicate contacts, it would be good to have an ignore button so you don't have to keep going through the same list every time you want to clean up duplicates. Other CRM's have this function and it works really well.

  8. Vendor hub Stats

    I would love to suggest a feature that notifies agents or provides reporting on how often vendors log into Rex Hub during their campaign.

    Having visibility on vendor login activity would give us valuable data on how many of our owners are actively using the platform and engaging with their campaign updates. It would also help us identify vendors who may not be logging in regularly, allowing us to provide additional support or communication where needed.

    This kind of reporting would be incredibly helpful in measuring engagement and improving the overall vendor experience throughout the campaign.

  10. Have an open tab labelled by the opened property/contact

    Instead of every tab open showing as "Rex CRM - Listings - Record" or "Rex CRM - Contacts" that the tab is labelled with the subject listing address or the contact name so they can be easily identified without needing to click and open the tab again to access that information

  12. Buyer Match Profile Added with every enquiry

    Every time a person enquires on a listing, the match is added to their profile as a new match.

    At present if it is not the clients first enquiry the match is not saved. People enquire on many properties, if we do not log the match the reverse match feature is less accurate.
    Can the created date also be shown on the match profile?

  16. Expand address field

    Frequently the address on a property or listing record is cut short with a '...', especially if you have a long unit address, which requires you to click on it to see what it actually is.

    It would be nice to see this field expanded in the future to make it more readable, or alternatively shrink font size for longer addresses so it is completely visible. Example of issue attached.

  18. Seprate Key Catorgory

    Adding a dedicated Key Management section to the dashboard would be extremely useful. It would allow users to view all keys in one place and make logging keys in and out much easier. A filter to show all keys currently logged out would streamline tracking, and an option to display all key numbers in order (e.g., 1–140) would help quickly identify which numbers are available. This would make assigning key numbers to new properties far more efficient.

  20. More options in the contact step-through to add Mailing Lists and Reminders

    When using the contact stepthrough, there is no prompt for the adding of mailing lists or reminders. This means we have to go back into the contact after we're done with the stepthrough and then add a mailing list and reminder. Having 'add a reminder' and ‘add mailing list’ as a step in the process would streamline things and help us manage our clients more effectively.
