Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Enquiry source against a property
Is it possible to have an enquiry source against a property rather than a contact please?
I'd like to be able to pull a report against properties/listings and their source of enquiry. At the moment it's only possible against a contact.

Search by key in Property rather than Listing
Cannot do a key search or report when key is set to property rather than listing. Even though the key details will show on the listing (when added to a property), it won't show in report.
I would appreciate this to be resolved :-)

additional fields when selling land only
When selling land there are a few more fields that would be required to know, ie. Bush fire attack levels, Noise package or Quiet house design package requirements, LDP or DAP applicable and requirements imposed/ required, easement type and location etc.
custom tabs allow for this however as a standard subset it may be a good add in.

Clearer OFI Attendee Information
Could the number of those which have requested and been sent a Contract (out of all which have attended) be displayed with the numbers as above. So now the display for me on Sunday would be 11/31/8 which would tell me that 11 groups attended on Sunday, total attendances: 31 and, of the 31, 8 have taken a Contract. And could the people that have taken a contract, have a flag or some sort of recognition next to their name.

Display small blue Ownership logo next to your properties (same as contacts)
When you search contacts, there is a little blue headshot next to contacts if you are the owner of the contact. This helps differentiate between contacts you own and contacts someone else in the office owns. This is a very useful feature.
This feature would be great if also applied to when you search properties. At the moment, you dont know at a glance when typing into the search bar which property record is yours and which belongs to a different staff member

Able to create an Estate in REX and attach listings/properties to it like we do with Buildings
Just like a building, it would be great to be able to make an Estate. The reasoning for this is, in our agency we deal with a fair few Industrial Estates and we find that if we were to create the Estate as a building, REX won't allow us to attached properties/listings in that Estate because the building(Estate) needs an address. So clearly this is fine for buildings because the only thing that changes is the Suite or level. With an Estate though each address number is different.

Order of Properties in Suburb
It would be great if when you put a list in suburb (there are a number of suburbs we cover) if the prices could be in order so that prices don't jump all over the place ie. start from lowest - highest, or vice versa.

Street List like the building feature
Can you create the feature much like the 'building option' that allows an overview of the street (what has sold/average price/bed bath car etc? It would be amazing to be able to have an overview of the entire street. Thanks

Filter Properties with or without a related contact)
This can help you connect the dots with owners you are yet to speak to and can give you good visibility. to be able to see what properties done have a related contact means you can work on these to get them into your pipeline.

Scroll through properties in certain streets in pocket for door knocking while adding notes at the same time.
It would be extremely helpful if we would have the feature of being able to scroll through and add notes to each individual property in a street without having to carry around rpdata sheet and having to add data later.

History of Price Changes on a property
On all properties - could we have the list date and time stamped so we can see what has happened over time. And also it helps with offers so we can see what has happened.

Colour Code Current Listings to differentiate it from the Property page.
It is easy to add data to a property page instead of a current listing page. If current listings were a different colour this wouldn't happen.

Include 'Owners' & 'Tenants' column in property view
Add 'owner' & 'tenant' column to 'View Properties' page.
Do this via the top right hand side drop down menu and include both and 'owner' & 'tenant' giving each a separate check box in the drop down menu. Menu shown in attached image.This is beneficial to prospecting.

Tick boxes
Tick box list for the property features rather then adding one at a time then it going back to the top of the list each time... Some people do not like typing each feature each time. It's alot easier if you could go alphabetically and tick which ones you want to add.

Showing more information in the property lists for commercial agents
When we click on listings and see the list of properties for rent and for sale - can we have the NLA and land size and the actual price rather than the "match price" as an option to also show? This would be very useful for all commercial agents.

By Appointment option in Events
I'd really like to see a By Appointment or Inspect By Appointment in the Events tab options. Being a country and rural area numbers for Open Homes are not large for weekends. We also do printed ads in the newspapers. To fill a 6th, 8th or 10th spot we often add a By Appointment. This might seem superfluous but people DO book it for the Saturday. It also balances the ads.
It would be great for the Open For Inspection weekly newsletter to emulate the printed versions and to have By Appointments listed.

Have an Option to Display 'Business Name' When Viewing Properties.
When a business is entered in the property section there is currently no way to view the business name without opening the property, this makes it difficult to find a specific business given that only the addresses can be seen when scrolling through.

New shortcuts for viewing your own properties and listings
It would be great if there was some new options in the Properties and listing Listings Menu. What we'd like to see is similar to the Contacts menu - so options for 'My Properties', 'My Listings' & 'My Sales/Leases'.
While we can create filters and save them, there is still 1 or 2 too many clicks to get there.

Legal details in property eg LOT and DP
It would be good to have the legal details on the property rather than just the listing - Lot # DP# and legal description -
