Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Notifications for pocket
To have notifications for all your own reminders so they're like pop ups so we remember to do them. Kinda Like how outlook pops up your reminders... lots of my aps have send notifications - is this able to come into pocket at all pretty please?

Trust Account Receipts - separate Office Duplicate & original pages
We would like the option to generate the "Office Duplicate" of the Trust receipt on a separate page to the original.
When emailing the receipt directly to clients they get confused receiving both the original and copy on the same page.

Have more Contract Status such as Hold, Contract Issued, Contract sent to Vendor, Contract Date, Cooling off Expiry date, Unconditional
It would be good if we could have more contract status rather than accepted, unconditional and settled. It helps in reporting when using the Projects App when dealing with multiple contracts in the one project.

Change Floorplan place holder
At the moment the floor plan place holder is a square 1:1 which makes it really hard for floorplan layouts for acreage properties especially.
We would like Rex to implement the standard landscape place holder for Floor Plans.

Linking surburbs in the match profile into areas
I'm sure in other areas of NZ it must be just as much time wasting as it is in Christchurch to list all the suburbs each time you set up a match for properties. Could there be a way of making our own areas or REX could set them up, for example, East and West of Christchurch as some people don't want to live on the East due to Earthquake damage or some people not caring where they live in the city, it is a lot of suburbs to list each time you are setting up a match. New columns for 'sold properties' view
It would be great to have a new view for 'sold properties'. We would like the most recent sale date to pull through to this view.
We would also like these additional columns to be added to the view:
Address
Sold price
Sold Date
Contract Agent (selling agent)
Most recent 'past owner'

Availability of more fonts
To enable greater customisation within the brochure design mode, and when creating letter templates and reports, it would be great to have access to a wider selection of fonts. For example, my agency's brand font is "Exo", which is a freely available font.

We’re looking into adding support for custom fonts for brochures and letters – we can package these fonts into the PDF’s if you have a valid font license to allow for that.
Emails aren’t going to work as they require the font to be installed on the recipients machine to render correctly.

Contract and Contacts
When adding in a contract it would be much easier if the Purchasers details were automatically saved to the listing record.
(Instead of doubling up by adding the Purchaser details into the contract and then saving the contract and re-adding the Purchaser as a related contact).

GCI to show in agent dashboard
In other similar software programs, each agent is able to see exactly what GCI they have written in a chosen period. This is a good motivator and certainly people talk about it between each other as healthy competition. When we used CD, it was a great accountability measure and for strong performers, they want to know anyway! The data is there, it would just be an additional feature to the dashboard, and certainly one that is found in most other CRM's for real estate. STOCKLISTS: Customisable front cover for stocklists
It would be awesome if we could have a customisable front cover for our stocklists. We would like the ability to edit the content, logo and add a picture if need be.

Making the stream more intuitive
As a sales person, when I go into a contact, it would be great if the important info was front and centre.
Yes, I understand I can type out a note and pin it to the top of the stream however there's only 3 things I'm really interested in.
1. Did someone within my company sell this person a home
2. Did they buy a home from us
3. Have we done an appraisal at their place

Ability to have External Agent Referral Fee Calculated Inclusive of GST Total Figure (Commission Worksheet)
Can we please have the external agent referral fee take into account inc GST figures so that it is seperate to deductions that do not include GST Figures?
The ability to process a commission worksheet in this manner would align with our company policy which has been in place for 30+ years, and ensure that all data entered within Rex is compatible with other systems that we use.

Commercial Listings - Floor Area Range
When there are multiple Floor Area options available - either in a building or warehouse, it'd be great to have the option to input a range for Floor Area.
Realcommercial allow this as an option, as it is quite common with commercial listings.
Could Rex add in a range field that can be sent for commercial listings?

Calendar - automatic dates pulled from contract - Finance Due, Settlement
We would like it if when you enter the Sales Advice Form, it automatically uploads the dates for Deposit due, Finance and Settlement in the Listing/Selling reps calendars entered on the form. Would save a lot of extra work setting up reminders.

Step-through for filtered lists
It would be really useful to be able to generate a filtered list, then apply a step through type overlay to work through the individual records of the list. This will make it so much easier to generate call lists and work through them directly from REX, and then update individual records one by one.

Printing direct from trust ledger and not having to generate PDF
It would be more time efficient to be able to print the ledgers directly when the ledger has populated instead of having to generate the report then download then print. Way too many unnecessary steps.

QR Codes to check into Private Inspections & on Pocket
The new QR code update is fantastic but it can only be used at the time of an Open Home. It would be great if the QR Code check-in is applicable to the property at all times so that buyers can check in via the QR code at private inspections. Otherwise, there is no
Additionally, it would be great to have a quick access to the QR code from Pocket Rex - so that it is accessible by any staff member conducting the inspection at any property. The QR code could be displayed on the agents tablet/phone device for check-in.
