It would be great to allow users to select different watermarks for sales or rentals, and also have the ability to include watermarks or not on singular listings.
For example, a listing that is in conjunction with another agency wouldn't have one agency's watermark branded when there are two working on the listing.11 votes
- Be able to reserve key's for photographers/cleaners/etc who are coming to pick them up on the specific day they are coming. This way receptionist's and other staff in the office aware of who is coming to collect keys and can confirm they are able to hand them over (particularly beneficial when agents are not present).
- Assign "check in"/return times to contacts when keys are checked out and send an automatic text reminder to them, if they are late, to return the keys to the office.
Required documents is a great new feature...but it would be great if we could choose to use this for sales only or vice versa - rentals.4 votes

It would be great if we were able to put an auction disclaimer that are on an auction listing authority.
This could be done by maybe having a drop down box to choose what disclaimer you want on a particular listing, or being able to select an authority type when setting up the disclaimer.1 vote
Please enable us to upload photos, rearrange or delete photos from the app. Often we're on the go and want to make a change while we're with a client or (for rentals) take a photograph that we can upload instantly.1 vote
The new feature where you can untick a box labelled 'Update keys for this listing' when a listing is marked as Sold - would be great to have the option to automatically set this box to be unticked across ALL listings when it comes to marking them as sold? (As opposed to unticking this box every time).1 vote
At the moment the floor plan place holder is a square 1:1 which makes it really hard for floorplan layouts for acreage properties especially.
We would like Rex to implement the standard landscape place holder for Floor Plans.56 votes
Upload photos to listings from Pocket and not into documents.
If property photos are on your phone they should be able to be uploaded directly onto the listing and in bulk - not one at a time.23 votes

Automatic Removal of the Auction Date when the listing authority is changed from 'Auction' to 'Exclusive'
As per the header, when a listing authority is changed from 'Auction' to 'Exclusive' (particularly after the Auction Date has passed with no sale), the Auction Date does not automatically remove from the 'Events' section on the listing record. Further to this - the past auction date remains on the eBrochure.
If possible - requesting for this to be an automated process to ensure that this is not missed by admin staff.32 votes
The following compliance documents must be uploaded into individual designated document upload areas in REX before a listing can be published to the portals - I.e. For NSW:
- Agency Agreement
- Marketing Schedule
- Material Facts Disclosure
- Vendor ID Check
- Property Contract
Once all of these compliance documents are uploaded, this would unlock the "publish" button for portal advertising.
The benefit of this functionality would be to ensure that there is a compliance checkpoint prior to the listing being launched live on the web.49 votes
Can you please add a property status of "Off Market". Off market sales are becoming more common in the industry and we need a way to differentiate these listings on our website (i.e. not include them in currently For Sale listings). Note that Off Market listings are the same as For Sale, just a different flag or status. They are not withdrawn - they are for sale. Most other software has it under the Status property, along with For Sale, Withdrawn, Sold, etc.4 votes
Pocket Open Homes; for the buyer input filed, name, number, email address are standard, the other fields should be customisable based on the agent needs.
For example, current address, match profile, etc.

Currently a 'Tenant' can be added as a related contact for a 'Property' but cannot be reflected on the 'Listing' page.
Given that they are a related contact IMO, and every inspection (for sales) requires contact with them, I would find it a lot easier if their details were accessible from the 'Listing' screen.

Ability to mark Rental listings as "Under Application"
New option in the More Tab to mark the property as Under application.
Or create an Application tab, similar to the Legal tab for Sale properties with the option to mark a listing "Under Offer", that allows the listing to be marked as Under Application.0 votes
Under the publsh/portals tabs - it would be good to have links to the portals you have publlished your properties too. i.e. if you want to quickly pop onto the website and check out how your listing looks you can just push a button.3 votes
When you do a reverse match from a listing, it would be ideal to be able to:
1) track that this was actually done - currently there is no way of knowing if it has been sent and moves into the realms of spam if someone else in the office does it again
2) track who it was sent to, and if they opened the email
3) add this stuff into the Vendor Reporting module too please7 votes
