Automated email campaigns with event triggers & mailing list segments OR more integrations with 3rd party APIs
I'd love the ability to build a campaign that sends set emails at certain steps throughout a campaign. The ability to have triggers is also a must - Eg. the person gets an email clicks a link but doesn't convert would trigger an action that sends them another email to put them through a different marketing funnel.
If this isn't easy to build into the current system, 3rd party API support would be amazing. App support I'd love to see and personally use: ActiveCampaign, Zapier & Facebook Lead Ads

I would just love to see who the hottest buyers are by what they click on, eg Buyer clicks on XYZ property 5 times, he is hot, REX can show me the buyer who is clicking the most and what is the most clicked property however it does not join the Dots to combine the 2. Other good CRMs do this it seems to be one of the missing pieces! IReality even sends you texts when a hot buyer is clicking! can't be that hard.

Custom 3rd party API integration would be good, agencies that wish to could then integrate with their desired app e.g Zapier, Automate.io etc.
