Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  3. Recurring Task with an end date

    It would be good if we could set a recurring reminder to end after a number of times instead of a set date. We are having issues that if an agent attaches a track and doesn't adjust the date correctly they miss the reminders.

  4. Business listings need to be loaded and identified by business name rather than address

    It would be logical to create a business listing linked to a business name rather than an address as some business do not operate out of physical building. There would a need for an option to display the business name or a more general name on advertising. This would help with being able to search for business rather than an address.

  5. Pocket Rex fast login authentication improve user experience

    I used Pocket Rex for my site visit yesterday and it was too slow.

    Loading was slow, login was slow, the app leaves the code page and reloads when you go to authenticator and sometimes by the time it opens the code has changed. This took up too much of my time and I won't be using it again as it's too slow and inefficient.

    Please can you add something to your developers backlog to get this fixed as a priority as it the user experience is very poor.

  7. Ability for agents to access the key report without needing full access to contract and commission reports.

    This has an affect on agents that are in a closed office environment and we are not allowed access to contract and commission reports (unless there was a way to set permission to only the agent logging in to view their own data, and no one elses in the office). This impacts on the agents processes, not being able to monitor key numbers, completing key audits. This is something that I think should be accessible to all users of REX, without needing advanced privileges.

  9. Ai communications with contacts.

    That an automated email would be personalized and either a sales report of property sales for a radius of 1 km around their property or a report of houses sold in the suburb similar to their home with sold price is emailed out. The Rolls Royce report would be something like a digital report such as RP Data Proposals work. Then a contact list is generated to agents, of the contacts that the email was sent to, so agent to follow up with a phone call.

  15. Change (or New) Default Contact Entry Format

    Would be great if there was a function which acted like a questionnaire / form for a brand new incoming call, which you can process with the caller on the line. For example a list of fields which apply to a buyer or buyer/seller, expanded on the basic salutation, name, tel, email and address e.g. callers buying status and available budget.

  16. Link/Connect Listed Properties in Portfolio

    Suggesting a way to link properties together, so that when the user is discussing their interest in a specific property we can suggest another at the same time of the call. Common scenario:

    • Prospect wants to view 123 Fake Street in Essex, this address is a bungalow property, with a garage and 3 bedrooms.

    • Agent has a listing very similar in nature, within a short walk or drive from the property they enquired about initially.

    • Agent can suggest similar property to prospect at the time of the call and complete two viewings in rapid succession.

  19. Automatically expand related contacts on mouse hover

    Related contacts can currently only show 3 people unless expanded. As it has become very common to have at least 4 people linked to a listing, it can be awkward if you are making phone calls to click on the "view more" drop down every time you open a listing.

    If the related contacts panel simply expanded on mouse hover to show all people involved it would be much more time efficient.
