when making a contract template for docusign, the standard contract fields dont quite cover everything we use at our agency,
i can add these fields through custom tabs however i cant then access them when making a docusign template,
admittedly some will carry over ie. property and contact custom fields show, but listing, contract, project etc do not.
how difficult would it be to add in the remaining custom fields for integration??3 votes

Upload photos to listings from Pocket and not into documents.
If property photos are on your phone they should be able to be uploaded directly onto the listing and in bulk - not one at a time.23 votes

Currently, there is no way of ordering tasks which are due on the same day. They appear in a random order. We've had to resort back to paper checklists to do things in order.147 votes

Because a number of agencies have a white box around their Logo, they change the header colour to white. This makes the text in a match email unable to be read. Is it possible to add in the ability to manually change the colour, or, have it automatically change to black if the header is set to white?13 votes

Something needs to be implements where the Agent is notified of contacts who unsubscribe from a campaign- i.e. An agent receives an Email to the effect of: 'FYI - 'X' unsubscribed from your 'X' campaign'.
Its great that the individual is automatically removed from this mailing list at their own call, but this isn't made aware to the listing agent until they are on the contact card itself and see 'Email- terminated, Unsubscribed'
Can something be done about this?27 votes

We need an inactive option for users once they finish up, regardless of the status of any outstanding contracts/settlements. This would allow us to cancel the 'user' without affecting the listing/contract record.3 votes

Currently there is a fantastic report already available under Reporting / Commission / Commission By Agent however to generate individual reports, you have to go through each agent one by one. If this great report just had the ability to "Print One page Per Agent" then this one report would do the trick and be awesome!5 votes

Flag the training videos after watching to show that they the user has been thru the training. When a user goes back to the training videos they have no idea of what they have watched and what they haven't.4 votes

When adding in a contract it would be much easier if the Purchasers details were automatically saved to the listing record.
(Instead of doubling up by adding the Purchaser details into the contract and then saving the contract and re-adding the Purchaser as a related contact).55 votes
