Has anyone made any decisions on this?

We have different audiences that we want to talk to and they include the likes of Resi/Rural/rental/Commercial. Currently we have the option to customize the title but not the overall look of the cover and it is hard to differentiate them and appeal to different markets as they are currently - would be so good if we could make them look different. TIA

I would love to be able to customize the front cover of the stock list

We print the stock list as a booklet and would like to customise the layout. We would like to be able to have some properties represented on a Full page, others on half and under contract properties 4-8 per page. It is visually more appealing. We'd also like the option to put image fillers / event lists in between if there are too little/too many pages for the booklet.

we need the ability to be able to customize our covers - I have seen a few of our competitors with their A5 customized booklets generated from their CRM and they look amazing... where ours look far too plain. I don't think a photo on the front will cut it.

I would like to see a booklet that we can customise, i.e. with the cover page, and be able to pick a feature property that would take up a page or have them in the small ads available on the current report. I would also like to see that we can modify the booklet to allow articles etc.

Ability to upload any photo we want with MP branding and branch details - simple but eye-catching.

Have an attractive cover incl photo or feature property and allow for one listing per page so we have a better looking booklet to give people

I want to adjust the design of the printable stock list, for example edit the footer and confine the number of secondary images in each listing.

I think it would be great to be able to print a stocklist booklet with a front cover page. It looks very professional and then the back page wouldn't have listings on it :)

Be able to add a photo, add text etc so we can do a feature property, also be able to add in other pages that we have stored such as marketing pages, also for useres with multiple offices that have shared their databases be able to add all stock across all offices owned into the stocklist

Definitely think it should be able to be customised! Each office and agency has their own artwork that would look so much better. The reports are so bland and boring at the moment.

Well we would like the option of uploading our on photo to use; a photo that
can be changes whenever with whatever. But if you have any other
suggestions??

I think just a simple jpeg which we can change at any time would be great. I.E different photo for each season as an example.

Several times now I have asked for the totally wasted blank space on the front cover of the booklets to be utilized with a property photo in color to attract readers attention. Why this has not been addressed is beyond me. We can send a space craft out past Pluto , whats so hard about this simple request ?

It would also be a bonus to have the ability to add a special page to each booklet with whatever the individual agency wishes to add, such as local footy news, local info of some sort, latest sales, news about property prices, new staff members etc etc etc,
I would like to see these simple changes implemented as a matter of urgency

Once again its not rocket science, and it will help us agents. I used to have our booklets done through realestate1, they did all of these things for us 2 years ago, it cant be that difficult.

It would be great to be able to add a photo and make the logo larger.
