We don't want users completing certain reminders assigned to them
At the moment a user can complete any reminder that is assigned to them. In most cases this is fine, but in some instances it would be better if they couldn't. An example would be contract dates - at the moment a user can mark a contract as unconditional or settled when we would prefer an admin user to do this. It would be good to have an option for reminders that are assigned to a user, but can't be updated by them.

commentedI agree with this @Alex you say that the verification is there to protect, but we are talking about deposit, finance, B&P when an agent clicks on those it is gone, no more reminder that infact it is still due.

commentedReps ticking off contract conditions is a problem for our office...
When a rep ticks off a contract condition in their reminders it then updates the "change status" section and we as admin loose track of where the file are at. The two sections should not be linked, we as admin generate reports and because they have been ticked off by the rep in their reminders section the items do not appear in our reports and leaves us vulnerable to miss things: EG commission invoices to go out at unconditional stage.

commentedMarking a Contract as unconditional and settled should only be available to admin only or have a functionality which allows it to be switched specifically for admin only for contracts
