Commercial Listings - Floor Area Range
When there are multiple Floor Area options available - either in a building or warehouse, it'd be great to have the option to input a range for Floor Area.
Realcommercial allow this as an option, as it is quite common with commercial listings.
Could Rex add in a range field that can be sent for commercial listings?

Yes! this is a must - we need this functionality. We are a commercial office as well, would be so much easier that having to have multiple listings just so you can display a range of sizes.

Great idea, this is a standard procedure for commercial listings, in particular office buildings and industrial estates where multiple options are available. It reduces the number of listings inputted into the system and makes it easier to manage as you only need to update one listing file, not 10 or 20.

Im also from a commercial office and this idea gets my vote! We had this option in our old CRM and would love it in REX. We have a few listings already that need the size range option. It's especially helpful when we list a brand new complex to be built and have a generic listing for the entire complex. It is also helpful for match purposes as well, as at the moment if we put the smaller size in but have the range noted in the description quite a few people will miss out on match alerts so technically they dont match the size range.
