Resend Newsletter to Bounce Email Addresses Once Fixed
Have the ability to resend newsletters to only bounced email addresses once they have been updated.

Solicitor Address for Sales Advice
On the sales advice under the section vendor solicitor and purchaser solicitor, can we have the solicitors address and postal address details on the sales advice, as this will make it easier to post the sales advice. This was on the old sales advice and is more convenient to look at when looking for details on the file.

Reminders to have a "Due Time" option
In addition to reminders having a due date, it would be helpful if they could also have a "due time" associated with them, so on the day the reminder is due, at the scheduled time, some kind of notification is made to the user (pop up window, Facebook-style notification at top of screen or something similar), so that they know they have to do that reminder.
This is different to an appointment, as there is no "end" time for the reminder - it's just a task that needs to be completed at a particular time.

Choose the default 'Assign To' with reminders (instead of being 'record owner')
When setting reminders, the default 'Assigned To' is 'Record Owner'. I would like to be able to choose who I have as the default. Personally, I would prefer the default to be me instead. Almost every reminder I set is on my own contacts which means I never change the assigned to selection. However, every so often I assign a task on contacts that belong to property managers when they ask me to do sales tasks and its so easy to accidentally assign it to the record owner in the rush to get tasks done.

This default is in place to deal with scenario’s where members of admin staff, pa’s and other staff members are scheduling reminders on behalf of record owners. It also helps to ensure that when record’s change ownership, so to does the responsibility of executing on the tasks themselves.
Happy to hear thoughts on how you think us updating the default to run off “yourself” would reconcile with the existing use cases and / or any alternative way’s of dealing with this you might have in mind.

Second Agent on Open Home
At almost all of our open homes, we have two agents attend and work with the buyers, this helps when we have very busy open homes or if one agent is caught up talking to a buyer.
I would like the option to add two agents to an open home so that we can both register buyers while the open home is on or add notes while the other agent is talking to the buyer.23 votes -
Upload photos to listing from Pocket
Upload photos to listings from Pocket and not into documents.

Ability to Select Which Listing/Listing Category Uses Watermarks
It would be great to allow users to select different watermarks for sales or rentals, and also have the ability to include watermarks or not on singular listings.
For example, a listing that is in conjunction with another agency wouldn't have one agency's watermark branded when there are two working on the listing.

Attach email & SMS merges created from 'view contacts attached to feedback' to the listing the merge is regarding.
When sending a merge to all contacts attached to feedback on a listing;
Open Listing
Go to Feedback
View List of Contacts attached to Feedback
Select Contacts
Merge > SMS/EmailThese merge emails or SMS don't currently attach to the listing that the contacts were pulled from when sent, therefore the agent's work is not recorded in the Listing record & can't show on the Vendor Report.
It would be great if there was a way to be able to attach these actions to the listing, so that they can then show on the Vendor Report.

Documents
To be able to provide the general public with access to documents such as LIMS or CT's (which I know Rex already does) but to have the general public have to REGISTER with at least a valid email and phone number so that person then becomes a prospect for the listing that the sales agent can then call.

Kiosk - Buyer enquiry source
Pocket Kiosk should absolutely have a mandatory field when completing contact information "Enquiry Source" or "Where did you hear about this property" Make it a multiple choice question

I understand we can gain this information at call backs, but it doesn't always happen. This information is crucial to feedback reports and can be done at the time of entry.

Key reservations & reminders
- Be able to reserve key's for photographers/cleaners/etc who are coming to pick them up on the specific day they are coming. This way receptionist's and other staff in the office aware of who is coming to collect keys and can confirm they are able to hand them over (particularly beneficial when agents are not present).
- Assign "check in"/return times to contacts when keys are checked out and send an automatic text reminder to them, if they are late, to return the keys to the office.

E-Brochures that provide greater detail!
It would be handy to have the ability to customize the E-Brochure with information such as the building year, building size (how many dwellings), outgoings, size, rental info, etc.
This would allow buyers to be sent the full 360 on the property they enquire on and eliminate questions about the property.22 votes -
Open home filter / export to excel option
OPEN FOR INSPECTION / OFI FILTERING OPTIONS: Ability to use filter option in "Listings" to generate current Home Open/OFI lists to export to Excel.
If we could have a filter option that allows you to search "Listing Event - Home Open Date" (already there) but with option to say "after" today (currently you can only put a date in the after field....so you can't save the filter, and include the option in the "export" to have the Date, Start and End Time, so that a list of home opens can be generated.

Lead Dropbox - Auto Parsing / Processing (Specific Permissions Set)
We and many offices use permission settings whereby agents can only see their owned contact records and duplicates are created.
It would be great if Auto-parsing with Leads Dropbox would add a contact record only if it is owned by the agent.
Secondly, see picture attached, there should be info available in grey next to name when reviewing what contact record you need to select including:

Social Media Links in REX User Profile
In the general details tab of the REX user, where the email, mobile and direct line is, it would be nice to include social media links or provision for and videos, youtube, Instagram, facebook, snapchat, etc.

Privilege options that allow users to be able to see their own newsletters reports, but not other users reports
After a user sends their newsletter they should be able to view the report for it. Other users should not be able to see this report. The same could be done for the editing of each individual users newsletters; The user can edit their own newsletters, but not other users newsletters.

A notes section in buyer match report ( that doesn't affect the match criteria and what it pulls up)
So basically we need to put in as little details as possible to bring up the property match however I would still like to see an area that we can add things like, side access, solar panels. renovators delight, min block size etc.
