Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Sales Advices in Word Document
Having the option for the sales advice to be in a word document as well as PDF!

Default Font for Templates and Merges
We would love to see a set and forget type option where you set up a default font for merges across the entire account. This would stop a lot of different font types in emails and letters.

When several documents are attached to a listing, it would be great to be able to manually change the order they are listed.

More Listing Merge fields available for Email Templates
All listing fields be available as mege fields for email and SMS templates, so you can populate property info, rates, body corp fees, open times etc into a template

When a track is updated, updated already assigned tracks with updated tasks
It would be really helpful, as we expand our business & ideas that when we update a track in the Admin section, it reflects on tracks that have already been assigned instead of manually going through each property to delete & re-enter a track to get the updated tasks required.

REX Pocket: Include option to edit Attendee's address and other custom fields when registering attendees.
Currently, the input fields allows us to update name, phone number, email address.
However, Agents would need some customizable fields that they might possibly need to access during data entry. Example would be updating the current address, match profiles, tags, or adding trackers.18 votes -
Bulk OFI upload
Hello,
Each Monday we upload our OFI for all our listings for the coming Saturday/Sunday. Some weeks there can be over 20 opens and it would make it easier if there was a feature where you can bulk upload OFI times.
Is this a feature that you are working or that we can request.

Appointment notifications
Could we get REX integrated with the ios system so if we have an appointment at 2:00 Saturday, we will receive a notification at a specified time through our phone?
At the moment if I have an appointment set at 2:00 I have to remember that I have it and go into the app to confirm it. There is no reminder notification like other apps have which sort of defeats the purpose of setting an appointment if you can't rely on the app to remind you of it.17 votes -
Emails to be locked
If multiple agents have update permissions to a contact, they should only be able to see their own emails that are sent from Rex. The same way that Notes are locked down.

Mass Action 'ADD TRACK'
I would like to have the ability to Add Tracks as a Mass Action to groups - for example, group all of the contacts who missed out on property - mass action FOLLOW UP 'Missed out' TRACK. All older contacts with no tags or emails - MASS ACTION - Follow up "orphan" data. Being able to group up my contacts and put them on a track for action would be a huge time saver and would enable me to work the system a little more efficiently - especially when you are working from a mixed old and new database.

Totals on Marketing Schedules
could we add the function of having a total on the bottom of the marketing schedules when its not grouped by anything. At the moment the only way I seem to be able to generate a schedule with a total spend is to generate it grouped by “Invoiced/Uninvoiced” before you start invoicing (Once you start invoicing it generates a total for Invoiced and a total for uninvoiced) which isn’t what I’m after.

Save on each individual feedback in OFIs
I have just lost all of my feedback for 24 contacts, resulting in a lot of extra and unnecessary work. Currently, when you add individual feedback for a contact that came to one of your OFIs, it does not save once you have clicked "done". Instead, it saves as a group only once you have clicked "save" after every entry has been added. This poses a huge risk when it comes to connection loss, computer crashes or even simply closing the browser window by accident. It would be much smarter and safer to save these entries after each one has…

Vendor Feedback Reports
The current set out for vendor feedback reports is rubbish.
I would like to see separate 'boxes/fields' for different feedback so it is clear and better set out in the report. For exampole

A report for enquiry source
A report that indicates the most successful to least successful inquiry source. For example it could allow you to see if domain is providing more enquiries then realestate.com is. This could be show in a pie chart or bar chart also.

Calendar reminder
When setting a reminder and selecting the date it would be more effective to have a calendar view to select the date vs a scrolling menu - that way you can see what day it is also, not just the date.
