CMA analysis for OPV
Agents need the ability to create a comparative report in the system that allows them to print a report with the following information..
- Property Address
- Sold Price
- Unconditional Date
- Release Date (if available)
- Agent Lister/Seller info
The report would need to allow the sort in sold price order, specify a date range (based on unconditional date)
It would also be handy to allow a more detailed report also that the agents can give to people that contacts the property photo, icons and small description, again with the search criteria.

Being able to add CMA including OABs as well as own listings with a thumbnail picture, icons for B/R, bath, parking and a brief description of differences as well as Sold Prices, First List price, days on market (not listing agents as we don't want to advertise our opposition) to be included in a presentation/appraisal is an amazing listing tool. We need also to be able to edit the list to remove inappropriate properties as well as include properties from nearby suburbs that might also be comparable.

It should also be able to draw on OAB's as well as our own stock so a full report of everything in different areas and date ranges can be sorted and sent if required. Sale prices, days on market, type of sale would all be useful.

The other option would be to allow the released contract report to have the ability to sort via sold price also in the sort order options
And then in the sold listings area allow the filter to search via sold price and sold date ranges as well as existing options and then in the report merge allow the sort to be via sold price and the sold price and sold dates to appear on the report instead of the list price -

Some of the reports in the system contain this information but you can't extract all in one or perform the search order.
