Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Amend Invoices (rather and having to void & redo them)
It would be useful to be able to amend invoices rather than having to void an invoice that changes and re-enter it.

STOCKLIST - Sort by Auction Time
It would be great to be able to sort Auction Stocklists by Auction Date, this will help identify upcoming Auctions.

Print detailed Reminder Call List
Can we print off call sheets (reminder calls from the dashboard) which will have the following:-
1. Contact details of owner, but not email.
2. Address of property they own/ or property they may be selling.
3. If they own an investment property the address of that property aswell.
4. Last entered note on stream.
5. Type of property eg, house, semi, unit.10 votes -
tax invoice dont want large due date
Due date on the invoice up the top is to large, we want an option to not have the large due date, the one to the right of the page is sufficient enough, a tick box saying remove large due date would be great giving us the option for each invoice

Trust Account Deposit Receipts
If possible, could we have the address of the purchaser showing with the received from section on the Deposit Receipt.

Bulk OFI upload
Hello,
Each Monday we upload our OFI for all our listings for the coming Saturday/Sunday. Some weeks there can be over 20 opens and it would make it easier if there was a feature where you can bulk upload OFI times.
Is this a feature that you are working or that we can request.

Feed Errors displayed in Dashboard
Would be handy to have any feed errors displayed in the dashboard as well. Makes it easy to see what hasn't gone through rather than having to look through each individual listing to make sure it's feeding correctly.

VENDOR REPORT - Comment section
I can see that there is a comments box to free write some text which then appears above the photo when you generate the pdf report.
If you then want to go back to the property, make a change and re-generate the pdf, it doesn't retain the free text from before. That's fine, and you can always copy and paste the text if you remember to.
Can we instead have somewhere within the property details where you could add some text which would then pull through to the report each time?27 votesThank you for the suggestion. Pricefinder App Vol/Fol
Really liking the new APM Pricefinder app, would be even better if we could search for the property using alternate options, such as Vol/Fol Having some difficulty finding units.

Inspection time on brochures
It would be great if it can also show the finishing time of the inspection period. Currently, it only shows the beginning time but doesn't show the end time.

Print VPA Pack
Ability to print an Advert Pack to use when pricing marketing plan for property in appraisal stage. It may be a mix of a standard package + or - some products.

Ability to specify a record owner when adding a property/contact/company
It would be great to be able to choose the record owner that a record is assigned to when it's being added to the system, instead of it automatically being owned by the logged in user. eg. just after you've clicked on the '+' button and you're entering the contact name, phone number and email address. In our office a lot of our records are added in by our admin staff and they're having to either reassign them manually as they go - or wait until the end of the day and do it as a mass action. Add comment to Announcements
It would be great to have other users within the office be able to comment (a bit like a facebook post) on an announcement.

Listing Summary Report
A report that can be produced at the end of a Listing (whether sold/leased or withdrawn) showing number of opens, number of people that came through, any price adjustments, sale/rent price etc. This would be handy for future reference to listing similar properties, as a training tool to new agents or just for the licensee to have an overview of activity in the office.

It would be great if OFI dates/times were sent automatic to any buyers in that buyer field.

STOCKLIST - More space required for notes in Internal Stocklists
A character allowance is required in the notes section of the Internal Stock List. There is currently not enough space on the internal stock list to input all the info we require.
