Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Different ’Listing Alerts’ to send to potential buyers
When I send a mail merge to contacts attached to feedback on a listing, it is sent as a plain email and is not recorded on the listing.
It would be great if we could send updates to contacts attached to feedback - like we do with price changes or match alerts but for OFI time or Auction times.
Say if I wanted to send them an alert about an auction, it would come through like the price change emails or match alerts, with a blurb, photo and info about the listing.

Sales Advices in Word Document
Having the option for the sales advice to be in a word document as well as PDF!

When creating a 'Sold' list of properties from the listings tab, can we add the asking price and sold price to the report?
This will show our potential clients the recent sales we have made along with the asking price and sold price. This helps generate our competency.

Thanks for the suggestion – we’re not entirely sure what you mean by creating a “Sold” list of properties however.
Are you exporting or producing some other kind of report? If you could provide some clarification both for us and for other users who might want to vote on this feature, that would be great.

The ability to enter commission & referal fee details at time of listing
When entering the details from the form 6 it would be beneficial to be able to enter commission details along with any referral fees for example when the listing is generated from a leads generating company. Instead of waiting for a contract to be accepted.

Under Contract Status shown on Thumbnail View of Listings For Sale Page
When properties are viewed in the thumbnail view of the Listings for Sale page, it would be beneficial if the properties that have been marked as 'Under Contact' have a banner in corner or something similar to make it easier for users to know which properties have been marked 'Under Contract' when looking at the full page of all listings rather than have to click into each individual property to see this status.

To be able to enter a created date for listings & contracts so they fall within the monthly reports.
When you print EOM reports if a listing or contract is entered in new month but dated previous month eg: listed 28/8/15 entered 1/9/15
then it will not show in the required months report.3 votes -
OFI LIST - OFIs to show even if listing is in draft mode
when properties are entered into rex and waiting for photos etc we still need to add them to the open for inspection list so that the scheduling of opens is made easier. We have almost double booked agents for opens because unpublished properties dont appear on the list.

Account Sale with GST showing
We are in Victoria and some conveyance has asked to add the GST information into our Account Sale.

sort listings after status: current - sold - settled
Have the ability to see the status of listings by adding an extra list into 'listings':
For Sale (shows all of your agency's listings for sale)
Sold (shows all listings that are sold but not settled)
Settled (shows all settled listings)
- it's easier to track upcoming settlements
- you could also connect the settlement date automatically to be a calendar entry

Thanks for taking the time to log this. We’ve reviewed your suggestion and the associated comments and we’re a bit confused. It could be that your suggestion is asking for a few different things, or something is just going over our heads, we’re unsure.
Would you mind providing some more examples or some screenshots of what you mean to clarify for us and any other users that might be interested in this feature?

Default for buyers requirements email & sms
the buyer match regarding notifying them via email or sms could be set at a default. I am finding that i am spending alot of time clicking match and then having to turn on notifications etc by time frame day expiry etc...

To have the ability to search (my contacts) and view all that do not have a current reminder set. (missed opportunities). Assist on staff changeover to reset all enquiry ensuring we have follow up calls set.

Change layout of auction merge field on brochures
Currently, they are shown as 03 Sept 2015, 01:30pm. I would like to see it set out Wednesday 3rd September 1.30pm.

Amend Invoices (rather and having to void & redo them)
It would be useful to be able to amend invoices rather than having to void an invoice that changes and re-enter it.

STOCKLIST - Sort by Auction Time
It would be great to be able to sort Auction Stocklists by Auction Date, this will help identify upcoming Auctions.

Print detailed Reminder Call List
Can we print off call sheets (reminder calls from the dashboard) which will have the following:-
1. Contact details of owner, but not email.
2. Address of property they own/ or property they may be selling.
3. If they own an investment property the address of that property aswell.
4. Last entered note on stream.
5. Type of property eg, house, semi, unit.10 votes -
tax invoice dont want large due date
Due date on the invoice up the top is to large, we want an option to not have the large due date, the one to the right of the page is sufficient enough, a tick box saying remove large due date would be great giving us the option for each invoice

Trust Account Deposit Receipts
If possible, could we have the address of the purchaser showing with the received from section on the Deposit Receipt.

Bulk OFI upload
Hello,
Each Monday we upload our OFI for all our listings for the coming Saturday/Sunday. Some weeks there can be over 20 opens and it would make it easier if there was a feature where you can bulk upload OFI times.
Is this a feature that you are working or that we can request.

Feed Errors displayed in Dashboard
Would be handy to have any feed errors displayed in the dashboard as well. Makes it easy to see what hasn't gone through rather than having to look through each individual listing to make sure it's feeding correctly.
