Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Request for future enhancement to the software
My usecase is i had an agent and he had 1800+ contacts assigned to him. He has resigned and now I wanted to redistrubuted his contacts to the rest of the team members equally. Currently there is no option to select the contacts in batches and assign the contacts to other agents. If you could look into this so that we do not need to export the whole list and then work on excel and reimport the contacts then our like will be a lot easier.

Custom Font Integration to Brochure Editor

Add a source field to appraisals that feeds to reports.
Add a source field to appraisals that feeds to reports.ie. Source may be referral, Open house, Past client, social media, mailout, DL dropper etc. This would then give agents & offices the ability to see which sources are the most prevalent to add resources to.

Great update with the option to open a record in a new tab/page! It’s a handy feature, but it’s quite easy to miss — could it use the standard blue hyperlink colour to make it stand out more?

Lead Auto Response - Add Text Message Follow Up (As Well As Email Response)
The idea of this feature would be to insure the person enquiring knows they've received an auto response email regarding the property they've enquired about. A large number of people are missing the auto-responses as the email is sitting in their junk/spam/other folders. This in some cases as caused frustration that they never heard back.
Idea being that the auto response goes out so does a text with something similar to the below response via text/.
Example of text could be a simple as " Hi Thank You, for your enquiry on X property we've sent you though some key…

Appointment Locations defaulting to current listing
If you are trying to book in an inspection appointment in Pocket, when you try to attach the listing to the appointment, if there are multiple listings (sales, rentals) of the same property in the past, the current listing does not default to the top of the search. Can we please implement this as appointments will be booked on current listings as default.
It shows in Rex online when you book but not in pocket as it only shows around 5/6 options in the list.3 votes -

Map view for propeties
Currently can only view properties in list or thumbnail view. Add in an option for map view allowing users to view all properties in a map. This will allow users to see what properties they currently have in the system along with looking at target suburbs and what areas might be lacking properties/ contacts in. Allow users to target specific areas, great for prospecting. This would be a live view mode that automatically populates the pins on a map of properties in the system.

Property Sorting Bug
It seems that properties are sorted twice when sorting by address: successfully grouping by street, and then street number.
There is a bug with properties such as 5A Example Street - with the sorting algorithm treating these length 2 strings like they are to be sorted after the 50's for example.
It'd be great if the sorting method treated these like unit numbers to avoid putting them late in the lists.
This will help for ordering of physical marketing items and exporting.

Click Stats for Automatic Updates email
It would be really great if we could get a report or easy to see stats on opens and clicks for the Automatic Updates emails so we can can see what buyers to follow up on.
At the moment, we would have to pull a list of the people who received the alert, and then click in one by one to check - this could be well over 1,000 contacts which is a lot of time spent.3 votes -
Viewing Cancellation
Click on a viewing in the diary, then select “Actions” → “Cancel Appointment” and add a cancellation reason, it could automatically trigger an email to both the vendor and the viewer, notifying them of the cancellation. Similar to when booking a viewing. It would be great if this is possible, rather than doing everything manually.
