Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

The ability to enter commission & referal fee details at time of listing
When entering the details from the form 6 it would be beneficial to be able to enter commission details along with any referral fees for example when the listing is generated from a leads generating company. Instead of waiting for a contract to be accepted.

Reminders to have a "Due Time" option
In addition to reminders having a due date, it would be helpful if they could also have a "due time" associated with them, so on the day the reminder is due, at the scheduled time, some kind of notification is made to the user (pop up window, Facebook-style notification at top of screen or something similar), so that they know they have to do that reminder.
This is different to an appointment, as there is no "end" time for the reminder - it's just a task that needs to be completed at a particular time.

Leads - automated processing
When a lead comes through, and after completing the detail steps. It would be handy for the general information added by the interested party to be taken straight into the feedback details. so you are not copy and pasting all the feedback information.

Sync contacts need to be separate when they load to iphone
When we load a new seller, we add an extra person ( joint sellers) this allows both names to be on any merge letters which is right. But what I have noticed is that when we select them for a contacts sync to my iphone they appear separately in the contacts list on my phone but with both sellers numbers attached to each contact (primary being first). however when one of them calls or texts me I don't know which seller it is as it always shows the primary name. So I don't know is its Arthur or Martha contacting…

Contact Duplication Check When adding people at OFI's
When at an OFI and adding all the buyers as they arrive it needs to check if that mobile number is already in the database.

Facebook and Twitter Publishing links
It would be helpful to have properties that have been published to have a share link/button to share it onto social media platforms - facebook, twitter. As social media is the main platform used by the younger generation. Sharing a property is handy for getting properties out there.

Ability to change header text colour for Match Emails
Because a number of agencies have a white box around their Logo, they change the header colour to white. This makes the text in a match email unable to be read. Is it possible to add in the ability to manually change the colour, or, have it automatically change to black if the header is set to white?

Linking surburbs in the match profile into areas
I'm sure in other areas of NZ it must be just as much time wasting as it is in Christchurch to list all the suburbs each time you set up a match for properties. Could there be a way of making our own areas or REX could set them up, for example, East and West of Christchurch as some people don't want to live on the East due to Earthquake damage or some people not caring where they live in the city, it is a lot of suburbs to list each time you are setting up a match. Ability to increase the on screen window space manually to see more than 1 or 2 lines of text when composing emails/adding notes
In certain areas you can already increase the on-screen text window size to see more of the information in the window, like when drafting the text to a listing.
However in the buyer matching section when matching property & then emailing those matches only a very small window is available to draft/modify the text on the email.
Can the same window function be applied here?

Ability to print off sent emails
I am still required to print off some sent emails for the manual file - would like to do this straight from rex rather than cc myself into email and printing from outlook.

List of Ledgers (deposits currently held in trust) under the Trust Tab
For Agencies that have the trust account function in Rex, one feature that I really miss from our previous system is being able to automatically see a list of all the properties / ledgers that we are currently holding funds for in trust.
No different than how the dashboard shows all of the current listings for the agency, the Trust Account section / tab should show a list of the current deposits held against each property - on the screen (not having to create a report or trail balance ledger within a specified date range).

Ability to complete mass reminders or notes on selected records
Currently if you are placing reminders for follow up calls or visits you have to enter every one singularly even if they are in a group.
Would be great if you can place mass reminders or stream feeds to save time.

Availability of more fonts
To enable greater customisation within the brochure design mode, and when creating letter templates and reports, it would be great to have access to a wider selection of fonts. For example, my agency's brand font is "Exo", which is a freely available font.

We’re looking into adding support for custom fonts for brochures and letters – we can package these fonts into the PDF’s if you have a valid font license to allow for that.
Emails aren’t going to work as they require the font to be installed on the recipients machine to render correctly.

Appraisal Pipeline Report - Show appraisals by rating and date expected to list
It would be a great to be able to add an expected listing date into the appraisals section and then produce a report showing the next (1, 3, 6, 12) months of appraisals, listed by ranking and grouped into months for expected listing dates and showing individual listing values and totals for each month...generated by agent or agency. This would allow a true report of future listing opportunities to be produced so that we can all forecast our future listing pipeline more accurately.
