Vendor Portal
This is based off property management software and it is a login system used by owners to login and see the feedback on a daily basis for their property. It does require the agent to fill in the inspection details and comments each day, but it lets the owners feel like they have live information, rather than having to wait for a report to be sent (or not sent sometimes) each week.

Hey Alicia, thank you for the feedback. This is something we are actively working on at the moment that we are looking to launch in Q4 2024.

A self service portal where the Vendor could have a live overview of purchaser feedback, number of visits, views on websites, upcoming open home times/inspection times and access important documents such as the signed agency agreement and offers.
This would greatly reduce the amount of time spent on manually sending the Vendor Reports out each week.
This could be kept secure by Rex emailing the vendor a link at the time of listing.
This would bring Rex into line with some emerging Real Estate agencies who are very tech focussed (and have their own apps).

It is big job when you have 30+ live properties to individually send vendor reports, if the portal isn't an option, how about being able to a bulk email to listings from the "current listings" tab? An option under LISTINGS for you to select which listings you want to send a report to, then either under "MERGE" tab or "REPORT" tab having a mailmerge template for the vendor report, that attached the report to the email?

Vendor Activity Reports (feedback)
Allow vendors to log in and track activity which would save considerable time. -

It is a big task updating and forwarding Activity Reports every week.
Easy if only a handful of listings but I can be handling up to fifty at any one time between sales and leases of Commercial Property.
Some systems offer a vendor log in so they can go in direct to check activity.
