Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Account detail recording in cashbook payment
Hi, Auditors just completed an audit our first since taking up rex trust accounting. They have advised that BSB and account details should be in every payment. Would be very helpful if there were a field for this when completing a payment. Would also assist Qld agencies to meeting their requirements with OFT under the act.

ID on commission pay runs
On the commission pay run feature, the ID should be the name of the agent not a number. This way it will be easier to go back and search previous commission runs per agent. rather than opening each one to find which one you are looking for

MATCH PROFILE LOCATION - SET WITHIN 30KM OF TOWN ETC.
It would be great if when you are setting a location for a match profile, that you could select a town and 30km around that town. For example, we have a lot of clients that want Warrnambool or close to - so I could select Warrnambool or within 20km of Warrnambool.

Zapier Integration needs to push description or pictures to Linked, Facebook, or Instgram.
Once this is done we can push listings onto these platforms which would be much better!
Spoke to Zapier they said the App Creators need to do this so Rex needs to update!

On the listings tab on the dashboard
After you click on a listing on a listings tab list, you can move backwards or forwards through the list on the listings page (see screenshot). However, if you refresh the page them the option to move backwards and forwards goes away. This really needs to be fixed.

Sync contacts need to be separate when they load to iphone
When we load a new seller, we add an extra person ( joint sellers) this allows both names to be on any merge letters which is right. But what I have noticed is that when we select them for a contacts sync to my iphone they appear separately in the contacts list on my phone but with both sellers numbers attached to each contact (primary being first). however when one of them calls or texts me I don't know which seller it is as it always shows the primary name. So I don't know is its Arthur or Martha contacting…

Print detailed Reminder Call List
Can we print off call sheets (reminder calls from the dashboard) which will have the following:-
1. Contact details of owner, but not email.
2. Address of property they own/ or property they may be selling.
3. If they own an investment property the address of that property aswell.
4. Last entered note on stream.
5. Type of property eg, house, semi, unit.10 votes -
VENDOR REPORT - Sort by ascending or descending dates
Currently the Vendor Report lists from oldest entry to newest entry - I would like the ability to keep the newest entry at the top so that fresh information is first. (I realise some Agents only report a week at a time, however if I am doing an auction or deadline campaign over 3 or 4 weeks I like to keep the FULL feedback in front of the Vendor and update for second and subsequent viewings so they have the complete picture.

Upgrade of Reminder and Track System
We would like to have considered features we had in our previous CRM system that enhance it being more automated with the use of tracks:
- Ability to email both contacts from within one client record, so that tracks can include communication by email to both parties (or even outside of tracks general emails etc can be sent to both parties would also be most helpful)
- Ability to automatically assign when setting up the track who the correspondence within the track is to go to (i.e. When it’s a Seller letter, having to manually search for and attach the Vendor creates…

Mass Action data from your Tabs
currently there is no function that allows the user to mass action ‘apply’ or ‘remove’ data on tabs – this can only be done on ‘tags’ of for ‘record ownership’.
It would be incredibly efficient to have this functionality added. Currently all data has to be changed individually – it means the process of building out information, iterating and growing custom data is clunky and slow.

Have fluid date (text option) on the "add a contract" tab.
As the dates are usually 'so many working dates from the day hereof.' entering a date prior to signing is impossible.

Add individual Solicitors
It would be great it you could add individual solicitors to the firm as well. Solicitors company first and then individual acting for the Vendors, so you have both the firm and the individual on the listing and merging through to REINZ

Rental & Sale Booklet/ Report Templates
There has now been an update to show open for inspection times on both reports - but it will only list the next open time.
So if we are opening that property twice a week it will only show the first one for the week and not the second and will only show the second once the first has been completed.
We would like it to be modified so that it will list every open time for that property in that week to make it easier for the clients coming in to collect the rental list and sales list and…10 votes -
Create brochure
When clicking on Brochure it defaults to the photos in order as per the listing.
I would like an option to select which photos go on brochure/window rather than the default.
No point creating our own brochure as the photo number would be different for each property..............10 votes -
Converting email newsletters into PDF
It would be awesome if we could download a newsletter sent to our database in PDF format, or be able to generate a web link so the newsletter web link can be distributed via Social Media such as on our company Facebook page. Please!!!

Add youtube video to newsletter
It would be great if you could add a video to the newsletter much like how Active pipe and others will allow you to.
Activepipe has an integration directly with our youtube account so you just click add video and all the agency videos are there to choose from.

REX - Add Reverse match menu item - to automatically filter by active campaign option ( excludes unsubscribed email/sms campaigns )
When you perform a reverse match, it brings up everyone with a 'match profile'. However, it does not exclude people that have unsubscribed from sms/emails.
We're seeing occurrences where buyers are getting annoyed because they have unsubscribed from communication, but still have an active match profile in the system.
This issue is compounded by the size of database/contacts that have an active match profile but have unsubscribed from email/sms communication. There is no way to see that in the reverse match list either without filtering further.
I see one of three possibilities.

Store price history so Old Price and New Price can be shown on emails
Capture old price so that it can be merged into emails. This is important for price update emails so that we can include the old price and new price.

Share contact/call Info from my phone to Pocket app
A feature in Pocket that would allow me to share a recent caller (ie: their phone number) who was not previously in my database with Pocket.
This would then send the new callers phone number to Pocket and it would prompt me to create a new contact.
Alternatively, a method to add the name and phone number from my phone directly from my phone into Pocket.

Reporting for high volume of feedback
Projects typically have a high volume of enquiries.
Currently, vendor reports show 'Follow up' feedback as a separate entry.
If we contact 120 leads, an average of 5 times each, this makes the report very difficult to read as there is now 600 separate entries!
It'd be great if we could sort the vendor reports for projects similar to the attachment.
The ability to sort by cold/warm/hot would also be massively advantageous.
Due to the current set up, we can't use these reports for our developers.
