Choice to Make Notes Left by Admin Public
To have a check box that makes people with access to a contact to make that note public to all users.
This would be very useful as an admin so that the users who have access to a contact can see the notes we have left when dealing with a contact.

Agents should be able to tick a box too that says "make this note public" - would be handy if a contact has a complaint and an agent can add a note that they want the whole office to see - without everyone being open to all notes.
