Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. Ability to add/CC multiple contacts into a match profile email.

    When producing a list of match profile result, we are able to email flagged properties to the contact. However it would be helpful if to that email we could also add another contact into the email. This means that for example a contact will be sent this list, but someone who is involved or needs to see this as well could be cc'd into the one email.

  2. Link Trust tab to VPA tab select VPA items when paying suppliers, link back to VPA tab to mark item as paid and track overs/unders

    when entering VPA supplier invoice payments in Trust Ledger, would be good to be able to select the VPA item as noted on the VPA tab. Then this item ticked as PAID on the VPA schedule and an over / under budget column created showing actual amount paid v amount in budget to track marketing shortfalls / surpluses. Currently using the notes section to write this but would be better to have a summary per VPA item that linked to the Trust tab. Would create a simple, efficient workflow as well

  3. Ability to change header text colour for Match Emails

    Because a number of agencies have a white box around their Logo, they change the header colour to white. This makes the text in a match email unable to be read. Is it possible to add in the ability to manually change the colour, or, have it automatically change to black if the header is set to white?

    We loved your suggestion just as much as everyone else did, and so we’ve moved it into the development backlog. We can’t give you an ETA at this time – but we thought we’d let you know it’s in the pipeline. Thanks again for the wonderful suggestion – keep them coming!

  4. Manual Match Delivery Notification

    It is great that we now receive delivery and open confirmation for the automatic email notifications. This feature doesn't seem to work when you send a Manual Match. It would be great to also know that these emails are being delivered and opened.

  5. Inspection time on brochures

    It would be great if it can also show the finishing time of the inspection period. Currently, it only shows the beginning time but doesn't show the end time.

  6. Have a 'today' button on the date calendar for 'listed date'

    When a listing is duplicated to be re-advertised, currently you have to click through the months from whatever date it was last listed, in some cases this might be a couple of years. It's not a huge bother but a simple button to bring the dates up to current would be ideal.

  7. Being able to add more information to OFI attendees in Pocket

    We should be able to add a note and address when adding OFI attendees in Pocket not just phone and email if they are not in the system

  8. Match Alert Engagement Statistics

    It would be great to be able to see/track the engagement / results of match alerts (new listings etc). We are able to view the subscriber activity for newsletters however not for match alerts.
    It would assist in accurately targeting buyers / showing our sellers who is engaging with their property.

  9. Add a property to a contact in pocket, whether when creating new contact or to an existing contact

    80% of potential sellers and landlords are met by agents and property managers on the road.
    If pocket is truly going to be the mobile solution for agents, then it needs to make the fundamentals easier. When a new contact is entered, or an existing contact is updated, there needs to be one tap functionality to add their address as a property record and attach it to them. Their address fields should already be broken into unit number, street number, street, suburb (with contextual search for suburb and postcode when entered) and a tick box to save them as a…

  10. Realworks Integration

    Would love Rex/Realworks integration to feed in to our local templates that our office has created in Realworks - at the moment when you create a form through the Rex integration the only choice you have from the drop down are Realworks templates.
    This option would save us time as we would be creating the form already populated with the standard details our office uses and not having to add each time. At the moment we have to open Realworks and create the form there to access our templates and we really want Rex to be the tool we use…

  11. Custom field pocket open home

    Pocket Open Homes; for the buyer input filed, name, number, email address are standard, the other fields should be customisable based on the agent needs.

    For example, current address, match profile, etc.

    It'd be good to have more flexibility in the pocket app.

  12. SMS's OFI Follow-up sent from app not appearing on vendor reports

    When bulk sms is sent from pocket by REX. The SMS is not considered under the snap shot of SMS agent activity in vendor report.

  14. Being able to add additional contacts to merge fields ie Letters and Emails etc

    Example:
    I have entered in the contacts separately and linked them (as you at REX designed it) as: Contact 1 - Jarod Joseph and Contact 2 - Holly Joseph
    I don’t want them linked as Contact 1 - Jarod Joseph & Holly Joseph

    I understand that is the only way at the moment to do a merge – and is what we are having to do at the moment – however once you do this, it voids the rest of the contact card ie:

    • The social tab for Facebook and linked in (as it wont search for the multiple names…

  15. sort listings after status: current - sold - settled

    Have the ability to see the status of listings by adding an extra list into 'listings':
    For Sale (shows all of your agency's listings for sale)
    Sold (shows all listings that are sold but not settled)
    Settled (shows all settled listings)
    - it's easier to track upcoming settlements
    - you could also connect the settlement date automatically to be a calendar entry
    - you are aware of outstanding commissions/advertising costs

    Thanks for taking the time to log this. We’ve reviewed your suggestion and the associated comments and we’re a bit confused. It could be that your suggestion is asking for a few different things, or something is just going over our heads, we’re unsure.

    Would you mind providing some more examples or some screenshots of what you mean to clarify for us and any other users that might be interested in this feature?

  16. Auction Reports and Listing Stock Reports - More filter options

    We would like the Events List to filter by the event date in ascending order. This way we will be able to see easily which properties have events coming up. We would like it to only come up with Auctions/Set Date of Sale.
    Listing Stock Reports - we would like a filter on this so that it will order by Listing Agent so that we can run 1 report for our office.

  17. Stream - User can see correspondence sent to record even with no privileges to the record

    If a user has no rights to view a record, they can see email/letter/SMS in the records stream.
    This should be hidden if you have no access to the record.

  18. Abilty to Data Export 'Match Profile' information from Contacts

    The ability to export the Match Profile information from the Contact record view - to have it as a selection on the Data Export. This would be invaluable in creating reports for match profile trends.

  19. Feedback - Create Follow-Up Feedback

    We feel the buyer/liting follow-up feedback should follow on in the original feedback box. Therefore we and the vendors can more easily follow the timeline of feedback for that particular buyer. eg When currently reading a vendor report feedback for each buyer is spread across the entire report. We believe we should be able to look at a buyer and in the same section know exactly where that buyer is at.
