Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Vendor Report - Be able to edit
It would be ideal to be able to edit the vendor report - change around the order, make it more concise, save paper etc. The ability to duplicate and edit it as similar to brochures. The current design is non-environmentally friendly and we'd love to be able to change and edit the layout.

Ability to add further client details, when adding new 'Contact' in feedback section
Having the ability to add further clients to a new 'Contact' when updating feedback section and you come across a new contact (which happens quite often when entering home open registers). Details would include:
- Address
- Match profile
It would mean that when the agent is putting in their home open list and they come across a new contact, then they can just add in the details there and then, without having to go back into the contact later and add in the further details that they have obtained12 votes -
Adding Conveyancer/Solicitor details to the RHS of a listing below the vendor & purchaser details
There should be a section (perhaps on the right hand side of the listing) near where the vendor and purchaser details are shown, where we can add both parties conveyancers/solicitors details so they are easier to access.
Rather than having to go to the legal tab and into the contract to find our which conveyancer they are using, this would make sending emails and letters directly to their conveyancers much easier and save a lot of time especially for administration assistants like myself!

Leads and vendor reports not matching
Currently the leads come in and sit waiting to be processed. Once this has been processed against the person and listing, currently the system does not recognise this as an enquiry. You then have to enter the details again under the contacts enquiry tab. If you do not do this, the vendor report does not recognise there has been an enquiry. This is double handling and taking up precious time.
It would be more efficient for the system to see a lead as an enquiry (as this is technically what they are) That way you don't have to do the…

Newsletter OFI - Sort by event start time
Implement an option to sort selected events in an event list by Event start time. It doesn't seem to list in any particular order.
It is quite time consuming to manually arrange OFI's into start time order when sending open home time newsletters to clients.

Health & Safety sign off
Would be great if we could get a Health & Safety signoff tickbox added to Kiosk. Currently I have to run Kiosk to enter customer information then a separate signoff sheet for Health & Safety requirements.

Agent Performance Report Adding universal KPI's new listings, new appraisals , new inspections

We would really like to be able to see the following kpi's on this report
Appraisals – (already shown)
Listings – (number of new lisitngs in the date range)
Contracts – (ALREADY SHOWN)
Open Homes - (SHOW THE NUMBER OF OPEN HOMES RECORDED THE THE PERIOD SELECTED)
Inspections – (NUMBER OF INSPECTIONS AND ENQUIRIES)
Price corrections –(SHOW THE NUMBER OF PRICE CHANGES)

Integrate Rex with Spectre
Spectre in the UK has an integration with all the major CRMs except for Rex. It would be great if Rex can do an integration with Spectre ASAP in order to reduce the double entry we have to do.

Feed Errors displayed in Dashboard
Would be handy to have any feed errors displayed in the dashboard as well. Makes it easy to see what hasn't gone through rather than having to look through each individual listing to make sure it's feeding correctly.

Have the ability to search (my contacts) and view all that do not have a current reminder set.

Drag and drop emails/paperwork into the documents tab to load
To have the ability to 'drag and drop' correspondence, emails and paperwork into the documents tab to load. This would help us work faster and would be a more efficient way of working.

Send from other address - Send from contracts@eplace.com.au in REX so replies are received in this inbox in Outlook

Account detail recording in cashbook payment
Hi, Auditors just completed an audit our first since taking up rex trust accounting. They have advised that BSB and account details should be in every payment. Would be very helpful if there were a field for this when completing a payment. Would also assist Qld agencies to meeting their requirements with OFT under the act.

ID on commission pay runs
On the commission pay run feature, the ID should be the name of the agent not a number. This way it will be easier to go back and search previous commission runs per agent. rather than opening each one to find which one you are looking for

MATCH PROFILE LOCATION - SET WITHIN 30KM OF TOWN ETC.
It would be great if when you are setting a location for a match profile, that you could select a town and 30km around that town. For example, we have a lot of clients that want Warrnambool or close to - so I could select Warrnambool or within 20km of Warrnambool.

Zapier Integration needs to push description or pictures to Linked, Facebook, or Instgram.
Once this is done we can push listings onto these platforms which would be much better!
Spoke to Zapier they said the App Creators need to do this so Rex needs to update!

On the listings tab on the dashboard
After you click on a listing on a listings tab list, you can move backwards or forwards through the list on the listings page (see screenshot). However, if you refresh the page them the option to move backwards and forwards goes away. This really needs to be fixed.

Sync contacts need to be separate when they load to iphone
When we load a new seller, we add an extra person ( joint sellers) this allows both names to be on any merge letters which is right. But what I have noticed is that when we select them for a contacts sync to my iphone they appear separately in the contacts list on my phone but with both sellers numbers attached to each contact (primary being first). however when one of them calls or texts me I don't know which seller it is as it always shows the primary name. So I don't know is its Arthur or Martha contacting…

Print detailed Reminder Call List
Can we print off call sheets (reminder calls from the dashboard) which will have the following:-
1. Contact details of owner, but not email.
2. Address of property they own/ or property they may be selling.
3. If they own an investment property the address of that property aswell.
4. Last entered note on stream.
5. Type of property eg, house, semi, unit.10 votes -
VENDOR REPORT - Sort by ascending or descending dates
Currently the Vendor Report lists from oldest entry to newest entry - I would like the ability to keep the newest entry at the top so that fresh information is first. (I realise some Agents only report a week at a time, however if I am doing an auction or deadline campaign over 3 or 4 weeks I like to keep the FULL feedback in front of the Vendor and update for second and subsequent viewings so they have the complete picture.
