Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. customisable home screen -

    so that you can view just the information you want to see and that is relevant to your business, in other CRMs you can set up the home screen to show for example , your pipeline properties, KPIs, commission trackers etc.

    as opposed to just seeing new listings and price changes etc,

  3. Pocket - Add tracks to properties, then link the contact

    In pocket we cannot add a track to a property, then link the contact.

    I have to go to a web browser to add a track this way

  4. OFI End Time | Merge Event Details

    It would be great if we could have both the start and end time merge into the upcoming OFI's merge field, as we do vary our time frames of open homes.

  5. GST for leasing and sale listings

    Display the GST box for sale and lease price when creating a commercial sale or lease listing. Currently the box only appears when the listing has been saved and the default is "inc GST". Often agents move onto the next tab rather than editing the pricing again which is an issue because the default for commercial property should be ex GST.

  6. Match Profile - add radius to search

    When adding a location to a Match Profile, it would be great if you could add a radius to your search. E.g. a person may be interested in Warrnambool or surrounds - so I could add Warrnambool and tick 10km radius.

  7. Linking data from Trust Funds Request to Trust Deposit when request is selected and receipted

    Linking data from Trust Funds Request to Receipt - details from the trust funds request is pulled through to the Deposit screen when that request is selected at receipting time

  8. Apply Multiple "Primary" email addresses (and SMSs) to a contact

    Currently, we add clients up to 3 times where they have multiple email addresses that receive our email alerts. It would be great to have the ability to enter several emails/mobile numbers under the one contact and know that all emails/mobiles will receive alerts.

  9. VENDOR REPORT - Should be able to duplicate and edit like brochures

    It would be ideal to have the opportunity to recreate the vendor report in the same way you can duplicate and edit brochures. It gives every agency the opportunity to create the report to their own requirements.

  10. Ability to increase the on screen window space manually to see more than 1 or 2 lines of text when composing emails/adding notes

    In certain areas you can already increase the on-screen text window size to see more of the information in the window, like when drafting the text to a listing.

    However in the buyer matching section when matching property & then emailing those matches only a very small window is available to draft/modify the text on the email.

    Can the same window function be applied here?

  11. Contact Duplication Check When adding people at OFI's

    When at an OFI and adding all the buyers as they arrive it needs to check if that mobile number is already in the database.

  12. Leads step-through - a prompt for tags?

    When using the leads stepthrough, there is is no prompt for the adding of tags. This means we have to go back into the contact after we're done with the stepthrough and then add tags. Having 'add a tag' as a step in the process would streamline things and help us manage our clients more effectively.

  15. MailChimp/Mandrill Integration (SMTP)

    We would like to be able to integrate Mandrill (by Mailchimp) with ReX as custom SMTP. This would allow the transfer of contact lists and data between the software and the custom tracking of emails with automated trigger emails - based on what the customer clicks or views from those initial emails.

    An effective and efficient way to market to potential clients at the right time for their specific interests and property management needs.

  16. Attach documents to email templates

    It would be helpful to be able to save & attach certain documents to an email template. It would come in handy for agents sending correspondence after an OFI. For example, sending a copy of the contract, copy of body corp by-laws & minutes etc.

    It'd be really helpful with taking the above action on Lease properties - when you have to come back to the office and send emails off to everyone who's attended an OFI with a copy of the Lease, body corp by-laws, application form etc.

  17. Property Guru (NZ)

    Can we please have a new integration for Rex where it will link with a Property Guru account?

    We're aware that an RPData integration is currently available with both AUS and NZ, however a lot of agencies use Property Guru in New Zealand. Having an integration that worked with them would be very helpful. Can you please look into developing it.

  18. There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without. Also solicitor references should be available s.

    There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without ie. vendors solicitor and purchasers. Also personal solicitor references should be available so it can be addressed to an individual and not just the company.eg. Andrew Thomas, Thomas & Co solicitors blah blah

  19. Remove EDIT invoice Feature From Some Privilleges

    Edit the current Privilege settings so only chosen users are able to EDIT invoices.- Make the ability to EDIT a invoice a stand alone privilege
    Invoices are a legal and accounting documents and should not be edited once created. Only voided or Credited.

    Will also fix integration errors in the back ground

  20. Add a single format custom field for 'time'
