Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Stocklists
Under stocklists when we print the lists only one open home comes up we would like both our upcoming open homes (saturday / sunday) to appear as we use these flyers to give to buyers so all our weekend open homes are showing with viewing times

Give agents ability to view dashboards of other users within their permission group
At the moment, only admin users can view dashboard as other users. It would be super handy for agents (only within the same permission group) to be able to view each other's dashboards. This would enable agents working within a team to help clear reminders and other notifications.

Mailing List Permisions
Hi there,
When more than 1 agent shares a contact there should be a setting that disables an agent to remove them off a mailing list that isn't theirs.
The contact should decide what mailing list they are on.
Agents should be only able to add or remove their own mailing lists to a contact.
Could you please make this happen ASAP.

Allow agents to amend the commission worksheet/settlement statement
As an agency who want to use the commission worksheets without having the trust accounting function activated, we would like to be able to state that we have received the deposit and have the worksheet calculate this. We want the total commission owing at the bottom to be commission, plus what is outstanding in VPA less the deposit that has been paid. Maybe providing us a tick box option to say that it has been paid. Or even allowing us to make changes to the final commission worksheet before finalising it to send.

overdue count
Can we please have an overdue count show on the dashboard so important reminders are not hidden after two weeks.

Permissions to stop access reports showing Commissions etc while allowing KPI reports etc
We have come across a major problem with the permissions in REX.
There is no way to use permissions to stop the viewing and printing of Commissions Earned by Agents, Sales by Award, Sales by Participation, Gross Commission, High Level Sales.
We just need the option for a user to generate KPI reports, VPA reports and generate pending contract conditions without access the confidential commissions etc.
We need permissions to stop the ability to view the confidential information.

Multiple Bank Accounts to select from for Invoices
It would be great to have the option to select from different bank account details to put on invoices (i.e. marketing to go to trust and commission to go to general account etc). We've been encouraged to send marketing invoices via funds request as it is linked to the trust accounts, however most clients require a tax invoice and will not adhere to a funds request form.

TradeMe PDF Vendor Reports
When TradeMe vendor reports come into REX via a direct email from TradeMe, the attachment is removed. It would be good if this didn't happen so the attachment can be opened and used accordingly

Tenancy information section on listings
A note section, perhaps in 'more info' tab to add tenancy information. (ie. rent, lease end date, tenants contact info)

customisable home screen -
so that you can view just the information you want to see and that is relevant to your business, in other CRMs you can set up the home screen to show for example , your pipeline properties, KPIs, commission trackers etc.
as opposed to just seeing new listings and price changes etc,

Pocket - Add tracks to properties, then link the contact
In pocket we cannot add a track to a property, then link the contact.
I have to go to a web browser to add a track this way

OFI End Time | Merge Event Details
It would be great if we could have both the start and end time merge into the upcoming OFI's merge field, as we do vary our time frames of open homes.

GST for leasing and sale listings
Display the GST box for sale and lease price when creating a commercial sale or lease listing. Currently the box only appears when the listing has been saved and the default is "inc GST". Often agents move onto the next tab rather than editing the pricing again which is an issue because the default for commercial property should be ex GST.

That the same merge tag fields be available across both Listings and Contacts
Can you please add the merge fields currently available under listings to contacts as well. We generated a great SMS template under listings which includes: listing address, auction date, time and venue, live auction link and agent name. However, more often than not, we are sending these to a bulk list of contacts, rather than one at a time, and need to send this from contacts. As these fields aren't available under contacts, we currently have to generate a manual SMS for each listing.

Linking data from Trust Funds Request to Trust Deposit when request is selected and receipted
Linking data from Trust Funds Request to Receipt - details from the trust funds request is pulled through to the Deposit screen when that request is selected at receipting time

default defer options
Change default reminder defer options.
Currently the options are:
Next Buisness Day
Tomorrow
Later this week
This weekend
Next weekend
CustomI would suggest a change to:
Tomorrow
2 days
1 week
2 week
3 weeks
4 weeks
CustomAs well as removing the options for this/next weekend as they seem a bit pointless.
It is time consuming to set a custom date, this small change would be so beneficial to our team.

Allow users to complete reminder when reminder is assigned to their user group
We can assign reminders to a User Group which is great for sales teams BUT no one in that User Group can complete the reminder UNLESS their permissions can complete any reminder assigned to anyone in the office.
So we weigh up sticking with individual reminders OR changing agent permissions to update any reminder in the office.

Apply Multiple "Primary" email addresses (and SMSs) to a contact
Currently, we add clients up to 3 times where they have multiple email addresses that receive our email alerts. It would be great to have the ability to enter several emails/mobile numbers under the one contact and know that all emails/mobiles will receive alerts.

VENDOR REPORT - Should be able to duplicate and edit like brochures
It would be ideal to have the opportunity to recreate the vendor report in the same way you can duplicate and edit brochures. It gives every agency the opportunity to create the report to their own requirements.

Ability to increase the on screen window space manually to see more than 1 or 2 lines of text when composing emails/adding notes
In certain areas you can already increase the on-screen text window size to see more of the information in the window, like when drafting the text to a listing.
However in the buyer matching section when matching property & then emailing those matches only a very small window is available to draft/modify the text on the email.
Can the same window function be applied here?
