Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

VENDOR REPORT - Automatically generate via a task on a weekly basis
Vendor reports automatically generated weekly on a task list rather than having to go into each listing individually

Manual Match Delivery Notification
It is great that we now receive delivery and open confirmation for the automatic email notifications. This feature doesn't seem to work when you send a Manual Match. It would be great to also know that these emails are being delivered and opened.

Reminders to have a "Due Time" option
In addition to reminders having a due date, it would be helpful if they could also have a "due time" associated with them, so on the day the reminder is due, at the scheduled time, some kind of notification is made to the user (pop up window, Facebook-style notification at top of screen or something similar), so that they know they have to do that reminder.
This is different to an appointment, as there is no "end" time for the reminder - it's just a task that needs to be completed at a particular time.

Import Contacts from Address Book
Would be great to be able to import contact name/address/email/phone number ourselves! The current way of getting this information imported is quite time consuming and a bit of a headache.

Listing expiry date on KPI report
The recent update whereby Rex auto calculates the expiry date of a listing is great. The 'Listings expiring within 30 days' section of the KPI report would be so much better if that also showed the actual expiry date rather than days left until expiry. I'd also like it to keep 'expired' listings on that list until they are re-listed/updated in Rex rather than them dropping off once they go past the expiry date. If for some reason an agency is not re-listed before the expiry date, it can easily be overlooked when it no longer appears on this report.

Leads - automated processing
When a lead comes through, and after completing the detail steps. It would be handy for the general information added by the interested party to be taken straight into the feedback details. so you are not copy and pasting all the feedback information.

Step-through for filtered lists
It would be really useful to be able to generate a filtered list, then apply a step through type overlay to work through the individual records of the list. This will make it so much easier to generate call lists and work through them directly from REX, and then update individual records one by one.

Saved Export Filters
It would be great to have saved export filters so that regularly used export filters can easily be used. Once set up, it would make it easier for less competent users to take advantage of the export feature

Facebook and Twitter Publishing links
It would be helpful to have properties that have been published to have a share link/button to share it onto social media platforms - facebook, twitter. As social media is the main platform used by the younger generation. Sharing a property is handy for getting properties out there.

Contact Duplication Check When adding people at OFI's
When at an OFI and adding all the buyers as they arrive it needs to check if that mobile number is already in the database.

Showing current listings (total) on dashboard
Old Rex used to show you how many listings you had on the dashboard on the left-hand side once you opened it up.
Can we get this back up at all?
We have contract totals, why not Listings.

Ability to increase the on screen window space manually to see more than 1 or 2 lines of text when composing emails/adding notes
In certain areas you can already increase the on-screen text window size to see more of the information in the window, like when drafting the text to a listing.
However in the buyer matching section when matching property & then emailing those matches only a very small window is available to draft/modify the text on the email.
Can the same window function be applied here?

Forwarding Previously Sent Emails
Once an email has been sent through Rex and is showing in the client stream, it would be great to be able to have an option to forward that original email (with attachments) rather than starting a brand new email if we need to resend that same information to the client.

Ability to print off sent emails
I am still required to print off some sent emails for the manual file - would like to do this straight from rex rather than cc myself into email and printing from outlook.

Chronological order for property history
On the property record instead of showing the stages in chronological date order it shows most recent entry – even if it is a historical entry.
For companies such as ours and many others I would assume that they are trying to create one database and would therefore be merging historical data into REX it is becoming very confusing and messy.
Is there a way that the system can automatically sort in chronological order based on most recent status date and not entry date as this would make a lot more sense to the user and make searching a lot…3 votes -
Ability to change header text colour for Match Emails
Because a number of agencies have a white box around their Logo, they change the header colour to white. This makes the text in a match email unable to be read. Is it possible to add in the ability to manually change the colour, or, have it automatically change to black if the header is set to white?

Hover over merge fields on Templates to make sure you have the correct one
When there are multiple clients with the same name you cannot tell which one you want in the merge field. Hovering over the name allowing the email / phone / postal address to show (depending on the merge) which one is correct

CMA analysis for OPV
Agents need the ability to create a comparative report in the system that allows them to print a report with the following information..
- Property Address
- Sold Price
- Unconditional Date
- Release Date (if available)
- Agent Lister/Seller infoThe report would need to allow the sort in sold price order, specify a date range (based on unconditional date)
It would also be handy to allow a more detailed report also that the agents can give to people that contacts the property photo, icons and small description, again with the search criteria.

In contact form under marketing add -Secondary contact birthday, Marriage Anniversary, House Anniversary. This will enable auto reminders to send greetings to the Buyers, Sellers etc
