Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Completed date for reminders
When you have a reminder that is part of a track it would be ideal if the completed date was added to the reminder when you tick it off instead of the date that the reminder was set for. Most of the time the reminder date is set ahead as you are just "guessing" a date as it is part of a track that asks for in how many days is the reminder due from adding the track.

Please seperate out commission invoices and vpa invoices.
You have recently put both together in the outstanding invoices. Trying to get the data out about which is outstanding and to put in the balance sheet is a nightmare. Also the invoice assumes both are going in the same bank account....

Sold Report
Can we get a report for sold listings which incudes the sold price? Handy for salespeople putting appraisals together.

Sales person Activity Reports- calls, emails, tasks
Ability to run reports on activities completed by listing and for appraisals and for contacts- calls, emails, tasks completed
Used to help track activity levels.
Could also incorporate targets that the agent and manager can set and then review weekly and monthly progress.15 votes -
VENDOR REPORT - Marketing and promotional activities should be included in the report
I would like my vendors to be able to see on the Vendor Report where and when their property has been advertised eg. newspapers, websites, letterbox drops, email newsletter, Facebook etc..
For instance, the date it appeared in the newspaper, which newspaper it was in and the size of the ad.
For websites, which portals it was on, whether it was a standard or feature listing and if featured when that expires.
For Facebook, when it was posted, and if it was a paid/ boosted Facebook ad the details of that.
When it appeared in our newsletter.

Bulk change match profile expiry date
Give the ability to bulk update match profiles expiry dates instead of having to do it individually.

Trust Account Receipts - separate Office Duplicate & original pages
We would like the option to generate the "Office Duplicate" of the Trust receipt on a separate page to the original.
When emailing the receipt directly to clients they get confused receiving both the original and copy on the same page.

View & Process Multiple Leads through Stepthrough
It would be great to see the option of selecting & viewing multiple leads through the stepthrough as you can with reminders. This would quicken the admin time spent as feedback for Vendor Reports, mailing lists, match profiles etc are usually added for each enquiry.

New 'Newsletter Block' required for open home times
It would be great if it could show the price, a brief description, main listing image and the agent contact details.
Attached is an open home report which would be great to copy to the Rex newsletter template.

New column required for 'for rent' list view (bedroom)
Under the Properties For Rent list you can select the drop down box on the right side of screen which gives you the option for various different information to appear i.e date created, suburb, property manager etc, can bedrooms please be added to this? So when you are looking at the list the bedrooms appears without having to physically go into the property? Thanks.

Favourites tag for letters commonly used would be helpful rather than trying to remember the name of each letter

Sales Advice "deposit" breakdown to allow for initial deposit date paid/due & full deposit date paid/due
Since buyers can pay their deposits in various ways & at different times i.e. an initial 0.25% deposit on a particular date with the balance due on another date OR no initial deposit but a full deposit due on a particular date, it would be clearer if we can note a breakdown of when they paid each amount &/or when it's due rather than only 1 "deposit date" under Selling details on the Sales Advice as this isn't clear as to whether it's actually been paid or if it's DUE to be paid. Buyers may not always pay a deposit…

Bulk email property brochure to (reverse) matched buyers
We can currently only email a brochure to individual buyers via the buyer's 'match' button. It would be super efficient to be able to send a brochure for that property to all matching buyers via the 'reverse match' feature on the property page, rather than having to go to create a new newsletter/template for every single new listing.
New Listing -> match -> select relevant buyers (these are all current features)... Just need to add -> 'email brochure' to the mass actions list.

Making the Pocket Agenda customizable
When we print off the pocket agenda it shows the contact name and number only - there should be a way we can show the relative property, the current track assigned to that contact, etc. There should be an area we can select what to show and what not to show.

Lead Types increased
Currently we have General, Appraisal, Enquiry. To build a good database to see what buyers are interested in it would be a great idea to add CLICKS. So this is not an actual enquiry but it shows interest in a particular property by clicking on newsletter images etc. This will then allow us to build a profile of what buyers are possibly really interested in by their actual actions.

MailChimp/Mandrill Integration (SMTP)
We would like to be able to integrate Mandrill (by Mailchimp) with ReX as custom SMTP. This would allow the transfer of contact lists and data between the software and the custom tracking of emails with automated trigger emails - based on what the customer clicks or views from those initial emails.
An effective and efficient way to market to potential clients at the right time for their specific interests and property management needs.

Settlement Statement Merge Field
The ability to customise the {{settlementstatementtable}} merge field would be great.
If we could have all the fields as individual entries, clients would be able to customise settlement statement letters to suit their office. Currently the fields in the {{settlementstatementtable} are not available individually.19 votes -
Print/Download the Newsletter Email Statistics
The newsletter send outs to our database are fantastic, however would be great if we could generate a report to either download pdf/ print version as this is data that cannot be shared. Vendors would like to know how many people are looking at their property through our bulk email send outs and would be presented better on a document that showing them on Rex screen.

VENDOR REPORT - 'Follow Up' to be counted as a phone call
I love the new vendor reports. I think that when we enter "follow up" it should appear as a phone call in the vendor report.
