Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

VENDOR REPORT - Mass emails and SMS to be recorded
I would like to see mass emails & SMS's recorded against the property, so that they show up in the vendor reports. Mass SMS's is a great feature, however, if it is only recorded against the contact and not the listing, the work done by the agent is not being recorded for the vendor to acknowledge.

Owner & Vendor
Owner and Vendor is the same thing. Suggestion would be to enable Vendor to be selected from a Contact, with also the Vendors Solicitor in the field. We use repeat vendors using the same solicitor and having to double entry this all the time.
Also would be beneficial to be able to select Solicitor from dropdown or autosearch section

Report for Mailing List
A report detailing how many clients have been added to each mailing lists each week would be great!

Projects
When adding the listings into Projects & Stages, we should be able to have the ability to add each listing similar to how you add each listing to the Buildings area - this is much simpler and more efficient as you only have to add the lot number (or unit number) all the other info is duplicated. This will save a lot of time, the current system is very time consuming especially for new land estates which have hundreds of blocks and all need to be added as individual listings before you can add the listings to the stages.

UI / Sort Functionality Improvements
I'm not sure where to put this -- maybe each point should be separate, but they all sort of go hand in hand.
--Selecting multiple records in search results--
Currently when you click the check box after you've completed a search, all records are selected. It would be great to have the option to 'Select All' and 'Deselect All' but having the current single checkbox only selecting all the records displayed on that page. Add option to apply a cash / % discount to an invoice
Please add an option in the VPA Invoice section to apply a discount to the final campaign amount due -- like how the agent deductions work in commission worksheet 2.
We offer a % discount to vendors that pay their campaign account upfront and would be great to just apply that discount to the total cost (also outlining what they're saving by paying upfront) rather than creating all our Advert Pack campaigns again with that % discount applied.
When we campaign prices, we would then have to update double the amount of packages due to the different module costs within…

Listing Stream - Administrator ability to Edit
As we process a listing or a contract we produce standard mail merge letters which attach to and appear on the listings stream - excellent.
At times though these letters once merged, printed and sent for signature come back from the consultants or Directors with changes which may be specific to the client or listing. The changes are made and the letter is merged again.
We should have a way for the administrator to remove the incorrect initial letter from the stream. The only letter displayed should be the one that is sent to the client.This could be done…

Have the ability to exclude the due date on invoices
As the majority of our marketing is paid at settlement (unless a property is withdrawn) we need the ability to exclude the due date on invoices. Our vendors are sent a copy of marketing and we find that vendors are confused and think they have to pay instead of being handled at settlement by the conveyancer. Even if we could have the ability to edit and enter 'payable at settlement' as an option that would suit our market here in South Australia.

Reprint letters/resend emails that have already been sent
At the moment if you want to resend or reprint a letter/email merge you've already sent you have to recreate it. It would be good if there was a print duplicate or resend button to make the process less manual.

I would like there to be a way to create landscape letters in the letter merge rather than just portrait.

Option to assign a contact to multiple agents
The ability to put a contact into REX and have two or more agents related to this contact. So that the contact comes up in both of their 'My Contact' list as opposed to just one agent 'Owning' the contact.
This is causing major dramas in our office.

The ability to see the receivers email address in the to, cc field when they are selected.
The ability to see the receivers email address in the to, cc field when they are selected to send an email to. With such a large database it would be great if we have 2 contacts with the same name in our database (ie Sally Smith) that we can identify immediately the correct contact without having to click through the contacts.

Allow Assistants to Select the Agent they are Assisting as the Owner of Records They are Inputting to Rex
If our administration team are entering the data for multiple agents, there is no way to tell in the backend who is who's, unless tagged. Rex default all of their data entered as being owned by the admin person who is typing it in under their login. How about having an option where they can select an agent, and Rex records them against the information, but the elected agent as the owner? At the moment, I have admin use my login to enter all my data to avoid this issue. This then causes problems where they don't see their tasks…

Closed office cant view documents
In a closed office, you can't attach documents to an email merge if you don't own the record the document is attached to. It would be great to have the option to flag certain documents on a listing record as "public".
That way, you could send your buyer a section 32 from a listing where you are not the record owner and don't have access to all documents.4 votes -
When inserting a contact's address, include option to add the address as a Property record
When creating a Contact and adding their address, there should be a tick box option to create a Property record from the address and automatically link it to the Contact record.

Report detailing source of appraisals
It would be great if you could have an advanced filter to create a report detailing the source of appraisals and the source of buyer enquiries.

Viewing notes that others have left on your records
When using a closed office role, you can only view the notes that you leave on a record. But if you have admin staff leave notes on records you own, you can't view it. The only alternative we have is to enable users to view all notes, which gives them access to Notes on ALL records, not just their own.
It would be great if there was an additional privilege that would enable record owners to view notes on their records, left by other users.

Email Alert , when property is marked as with WITHDRAWN
Set up Rex to send a automatic email to a specified address or addresses when i property is marked as Withdrawn / Or have a generated list that is automatically emailed with a property is marked withdrawn every 24 hours or / 48 hours .

Is there a way I can create a list of people eg tag them then attach a reminder to call them all rather than just one at a time?
Eg I go through and search a particular group of people, make a list and would then like to add an activity to call them all and set a reminder to do so so that it shows up on my dashboard. It would also help when delegating old data to new employees to call through and clean up.
