Reminders
When selecting reminders and tasks you have to always select and asignee.
It would be great if it defaulted to the logged in user and you had to select someone else in the office. The greater majority of instances where these cases are being completed I would assume to be user notes to chase up and seldom for others in the office.

We have had a few issues of reminders being missed due to the reminder accidentally being set to the record owner instead of the person creating the reminder.
