Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Chinese language integration. Please allow to update the content with Chinese
Could we able to upload the content in Chinese. So that our brochure could have Chinese content.

Reminders
When selecting reminders and tasks you have to always select and asignee.
It would be great if it defaulted to the logged in user and you had to select someone else in the office. The greater majority of instances where these cases are being completed I would assume to be user notes to chase up and seldom for others in the office.

Attach documents to email templates
It would be helpful to be able to save & attach certain documents to an email template. It would come in handy for agents sending correspondence after an OFI. For example, sending a copy of the contract, copy of body corp by-laws & minutes etc.
It'd be really helpful with taking the above action on Lease properties - when you have to come back to the office and send emails off to everyone who's attended an OFI with a copy of the Lease, body corp by-laws, application form etc.

Attach email & SMS merges created from 'view contacts attached to feedback' to the listing the merge is regarding.
When sending a merge to all contacts attached to feedback on a listing;
Open Listing
Go to Feedback
View List of Contacts attached to Feedback
Select Contacts
Merge > SMS/EmailThese merge emails or SMS don't currently attach to the listing that the contacts were pulled from when sent, therefore the agent's work is not recorded in the Listing record & can't show on the Vendor Report.
It would be great if there was a way to be able to attach these actions to the listing, so that they can then show on the Vendor Report.

Abilty to Data Export 'Match Profile' information from Contacts
The ability to export the Match Profile information from the Contact record view - to have it as a selection on the Data Export. This would be invaluable in creating reports for match profile trends.

Send email to agency when marketing credit balance gets low
We need to be able to check the balance of our marketing credits, perhaps an email notification to a specific user when the balance is low.

Visual distinction between System tags and Custom Tags
Show some kind of visual distinction between those tags created in Admin > Custom Values & Mailing Lists > System Tags (and thus used consistently) and custom tags added to contacts and properties individually. Colour stripe, different colour block etc

Marketing Credit usage when sending SMS merge to Contact
When sending a bulk SMS you can see how many SMS your campaign will cost. But when you send an SMS from a record, there is no indication of credits used.

Ability to Lock out another user when updating a record
We've run into an issue a fair few times where more than one user is accessing & updating the same record.
When one person clicks save, it will update for them - but when the other clicks save, it overwrites the first person's changes.
It would be great to to lock other users out or provide read-only access when another user is already viewing/updating the record.

Contract overrides - two options, one for accepted and one for unconditional
At the moment, when a contract is accepted, you send the listing as 'under contract' to the portals. This is a bit of a hassle at the moment because we have to monitor the overrides manually - turning them on and off.
We would only like to send them as 'under contract' once the listing is unconditional. It would be good to have two different marketing overrides - the one we have already, plus one that shows listing as available, until it goes unconditional.

Have fluid date (text option) on the "add a contract" tab.
As the dates are usually 'so many working dates from the day hereof.' entering a date prior to signing is impossible.

organise better so when you are in contacts and click 'back' arrow it doesn't take you back to all contacts
I get frustrated when I am in my contacts and enter someone new in and then click 'back' arrow and it takes me back to all contacts our company has! I want it to leave me in mine only.

Newsletter Layout Width
The width of the newsletter template is very thin, it doesn't look appealing on a PC screen at all and is all squished in the middle.

Homepass Buyers from OFI's into Rex
As we have a separate database for each agent, it is awkward when Homepass automatically finds an already existing contact belonging to another agent and automatically adds permissions for the new agent to that entry. Is there a way to create a new contact for the new agent through Homepass.
Also when doing a vendor report, Homepass lumps all the ofi contacts as one comment - not allowing for individual comments per buyer - because of this reporting is not possible for individual buyers.2 votes -
Include link to web version of newsletter
Hi. A standard practice for sending email newsletters is to include a link to " a web version" of the newsletter. This is because not all email clients display newsletters the same way and some won't display images, so have a link to a web based version helps by displaying the newsletter the way it was intended.

Include 'Owners' & 'Tenants' column in property view
Add 'owner' & 'tenant' column to 'View Properties' page.
Do this via the top right hand side drop down menu and include both and 'owner' & 'tenant' giving each a separate check box in the drop down menu. Menu shown in attached image.This is beneficial to prospecting.

Appraisals/OAB accessed by manual buyer matching
As most agents know there can be many sales made by simply matching a good buyer with an appraised but not yet listed property.
It is currently possible to run a reverse match from an appraisal, but not the other way around hence this suggestion.
This could only work with a manual match, not automatic matches.
There would need to be a few simple fields to include when requesting this such as how old an appraisal to include etc but should be very straight forward.

Sale Price of property to be on the Commission Worksheet
On the Commission Worksheet the agents want to see the Sale Price of the property and the commission that has been charged.

Mass Action data from your Tabs
currently there is no function that allows the user to mass action ‘apply’ or ‘remove’ data on tabs – this can only be done on ‘tags’ of for ‘record ownership’.
It would be incredibly efficient to have this functionality added. Currently all data has to be changed individually – it means the process of building out information, iterating and growing custom data is clunky and slow.
