Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

OFI list amendments
For the OFI list to pull through the sale's reps photos and have an option to pull through less listings per page enabling description text to pull for each listing.

Have more Contract Status such as Hold, Contract Issued, Contract sent to Vendor, Contract Date, Cooling off Expiry date, Unconditional
It would be good if we could have more contract status rather than accepted, unconditional and settled. It helps in reporting when using the Projects App when dealing with multiple contracts in the one project.

Ability to change/edit a condition date
The ability to change a date from the dashboard instead of having to go into the property and then selecting legal etc etc etc.
Contract conditions often get extended and the ability to easily edit the condition date would save so much time.

LARGE REPORT!
Create a report which has all property information on one download.
1. Current Listings
2. Listing Price
3. Date Listed
4. Date Expires
5. Sold Properties
6. How much sold for and date
7. Who is the agent for each

Different Projects Views
The ability to have different views for Projects would be beneficial to us. When we have a project that is 'inactive' it would be great to have it show in a separate area - much like the Listings section has a 'Current' and 'Sold' section.

Inactive option for staff who still have outstanding contracts.
We need an inactive option for users once they finish up, regardless of the status of any outstanding contracts/settlements. This would allow us to cancel the 'user' without affecting the listing/contract record.

Field box for Contract Requests
Create a checkbox or field that can be selected to show when contracts are requested by/issued to an interested buyer, under the feedback enquiry section.

Add Reminder button within Stream/Stepthrough view.
I personally love the stepthrough for reminders.
What would be fantastic would be once you're in the stepthrough, either at the bottom of the stepthrough underneath where you would tick off the task, or within the Stream tab instead of the Reminders tab, the button to add a Reminder instead of a note so from the one screen you can add a follow up reminder.Currently to do so it's a case of clicking out of the stream and then into the Reminders to then add a reminder and select the date for follow-up.

Feedback - Create Follow-Up Feedback
We feel the buyer/liting follow-up feedback should follow on in the original feedback box. Therefore we and the vendors can more easily follow the timeline of feedback for that particular buyer. eg When currently reading a vendor report feedback for each buyer is spread across the entire report. We believe we should be able to look at a buyer and in the same section know exactly where that buyer is at.

Hi Team can we please have the match option search on Postcode rather than specific suburb. We have north sough east and west all with same suburb but if a listing only falls into one of these suburbs they wont pick it up unless it is specific.

Automatic events 'Triggered' from Dates
REX needs to create some sort of ‘Auto-Alert’ system (separate from a Track) that enables the user to set up automatic events triggered from an event/date.
My previous CRM used to have this and it was AWESOME! You could set up an alert to email you a reminder say 7 days out from the triggered ‘settlement date’ etc. Please see the screen shots attached to give you some ideas as to what one could create “Alerts” on so they didn’t have to take the time to ‘count back’ from dates/events and try to assign some sort of track.Hopefully REX…

Days on market, doesn’t work when relisted
Days on market, doesn’t work when relisted as you have to overwrite the dates or it shows it has been listed for more then 90 days.

Enter commisssion for agent who has left
Ability to enter commission for an agent who has recently left hence not a Rex user – ability to type in a name rather than select from drop down menu.

Listing authority – the option of ‘Sole’ listing is missing (sole agency is an option for QLD Form 6s)

Additional conditions wrongly including today as due date
In the Change Status screen - Finance and Deposit in ‘additional conditions’ – when ticked automatically inserts todays date not date satisfied and not option to change [We have been adding in all conditions in the ‘conditions’ section so the satisfied dates can be changed]. We do not use these becuase of this and they are all showing as overdue on agents dashboards

agent privlages
Close down privlages further so agents can view contract details but cannot change things such as update sale prices etc.
