Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.

  1. Area Marketing Mapping

    have an intergrated area map that shows which houses/contacts are registered on data base and which are yet to be contacted. Also to indicate status of house (eg. Renting, owner occupied ect)
    Colour coding would be incorporated for hot/warm/cold leads.
    Map will be suburb specific and be able to zoom in and out.

  2. Search Appraisals by date

    On the default My Appraisal's page, it would be great to have a column viewable as DATE APPRAISED, or have the DATE CREATED as the date it was appraised rather than the date the property was created. I know there is some functionality through the advanced filters to search by date of appraisal.

    Appraisals are one of the key functionalities that we work with, and we need quick easy access to all the key information - and one of these is knowing easily when the property was appraised and being able to search around it with ease.

  3. Have a 'today' button on the date calendar for 'listed date'

    When a listing is duplicated to be re-advertised, currently you have to click through the months from whatever date it was last listed, in some cases this might be a couple of years. It's not a huge bother but a simple button to bring the dates up to current would be ideal.

  5. Commission by agent - unconditional properties in a period excluding properties released in that same period

    Could we please get a report showing commissions by agent with a list of properties that are currently unconditional & not yet settled/released. The Commissions by agent report for unconditional properties within a date range currently shows both unconditional and released if they are settled in the date range selected. The commission cash flow report doesn't filter by agent.

    If a new report can't be created, maybe a filter option added to exclude released properties.

  6. Google Docs Upload option for Documents tab

    The ability to link to shared Google docs in Rex would be very helpful. To be able to put a file in your own google docs account and then have Rex able to send the link to contacts.

    This way there wouldn't be any issues with files/links expiring.

  7. AGENT LEDGER's must be printable

    Agent Ledgers MUST be printable, otherwise it is difficult to have agents check and approve their payments.

  8. Rental property 'per night' rate (holiday homes)

    It would be great if there was a way of adding a 'per night' rate on the appraisal tab and when you list a property for rent.
    We have holiday homes that go per night as well as weekly so would be great if that was possible.

  9. email multiple property owners

    If there are multiple owners to one property, I would like to be able to email them all as main recipients without having to search for their email and CC them.

  10. An ongoing pop up reminder when you enter a property/client card to remind of an ongoing action

  11. Report showing when contract statuses are due & 10 days for holding deposit

    I know you can set reminders for when contracts statuses are due, but it would be good to be able to print a report for ALL CURRENT CONTRACTS, regardless of if only accepted, or unconditional, that shows when the next status is due. And also to include if deposit has been paid or not, and if paid, when the 10 working days for holding it is due.

  12. Search Notes

    It would be helpful to be able to search through notes.
    We have a fair bit of information on our notes and the ability to search through these would help us greatly.
    Some of our older contacts have notes with old property information, being able to do a keyword search through these notes would help us to find these records..

  14. Change List Agent

    It would be great to have a "mass action" button on listings, to change the listing agents in bulk.

    This would help when agents go on leave and another agent needs to be the "listing agent" whilst they are on leave....

    Then when the agent returns off leave, the mass action could again be preformed to put the orginal agent back on as the listing agent.

  15. Being able to attached contact to emails sent (Regarding) not just properties

    When we send a quick email we are able to select the property it is regarding. It would be great to do the same thing with contacts. Currently if we send an email to our agents regarding a contact the only place that email shows is in the agent's stream. It would be good if it could be seen it the contacts stream as well.

  16. Number of Days Calculation from Contract Date

    When entering in a new Contract of Sale, could we please have the option for REX to calculate the number of days from the Contract Date for the various due dates (ie. Finance, Deposit, Building and Pest, Settlement etc).

    For example, when Finance is due 21 DAYS from Contract date. We love that to be counted out within REX rather than using an external date calendar.

    Our previous uploader let us put the number of DAYS in and it would calculate this for us.

  17. Multiple Property Enquiries

    Hello, option to add multiple properties when adding enquiry feedback on a single contract person. When adding feeback on an enquiry i need to have the option of adding more than one proerty as we have many developments for sale and would like to add all proeprties to the one entry

  18. Print off notes that are added to a company/property/contact

    I would like to see if there is a print option where someone puts a note in and we can automatically print that note which then we can keep a hard copy in a file instead of having to remember wherethe last note/phone call was made & for what company and what property.

    It would be a great option to have and will work very good.

  19. Filter for "unconditional" Contract Status

    Currently REX is able to filter all Contract Status areas, except the "unconditional" status. It would be most helpful to be able to filter the list of current "unconditional" status Contracts along with all the other ones currently available.

  20. Property Guru (NZ)

    Can we please have a new integration for Rex where it will link with a Property Guru account?

    We're aware that an RPData integration is currently available with both AUS and NZ, however a lot of agencies use Property Guru in New Zealand. Having an integration that worked with them would be very helpful. Can you please look into developing it.
