Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  2. Add User Groups to Restricted Access on Custom Tabs

    Enable restricted access to be set to user groups, not just specific users within the custom tabs. Not having this ability means that every time I have a new user, I have to work through every restricted custom tab to enable their access individually rather than setting them to a user group which then facilitates this access based on their profile. Seems to be a relatively simple addition with relatively large increases in usability. Thanks Guys!!

  3. Full Custom Field integration with Docusign

    when making a contract template for docusign, the standard contract fields dont quite cover everything we use at our agency,
    i can add these fields through custom tabs however i cant then access them when making a docusign template,

    admittedly some will carry over ie. property and contact custom fields show, but listing, contract, project etc do not.

    how difficult would it be to add in the remaining custom fields for integration??

  4. Include Tags column when viewing the contact list

    To facilitate faster processing and updating of contact lists it would be great to include the client tag as a column when viewing the contact list.

    You can quickly see if someone has not been assigned a tag and assist with updating and removing inactive buyers etc.

  5. Custom field date format to carry across in merge templates

    Currently, when you add in a date to a custom field on a custom tab, it will show as (for example) "13 June 2018", but the format of this date does not carry across to merge templates. On merge templates, it will show as 13/06/2018.

    This improvement request is to have the date format to carry across to templates.

  6. Custom suburb lists

    Ability to create custom suburb lists - so that when adding a match profile to a contact you may be able to easily add a pre-made suburb list. Most clients will be looking in particular areas, and we will have to type in each suburb individually or search by postcode to add relevant suburbs for their pmatch profile. If you could develop custom lists of suburbs, for example in the Hobart region I may create a custom 'Eastern Shore' list that will addi all suburbs on the Eastern Shore (different postcodes) - rather than searching for multiple suburbs/postcodes which is…

  7. Add a single format custom field for 'time'

    Add a custom field in 24 hour date format that can only be filled in in one format to allow for better reporting and filtering.

    Can we have at least four exterior options - as we have in the features? Currently we can only have one and have to set tons of combinations up in the custom tab e.g. cedar, brick, linea, etc

  9. Able to make a custom field 2 columns wide to assist with screen layout

    Would be good to be able to nominate a field to be two columns wide, and/or ability to insert a "blank column spacer" that we can assign to either the left or right column.

    Currently custom fields simply find the next available space, however this is not always preferential; depending on the context that info is being displayed for.

    Being able to put one field (i.e. their holiday home address) that takes up the entire row, while putting the "Need an appraisal" checkbox on the row below.

    If it squeezes both onto the one line, the holiday house address is…
