Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.

  1. There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without. Also solicitor references should be available s.

    There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without ie. vendors solicitor and purchasers. Also personal solicitor references should be available so it can be addressed to an individual and not just the company.eg. Andrew Thomas, Thomas & Co solicitors blah blah

  2. Sold listings show in the KPI report

    It'd be convenient to show the Sold Listings within the KPI Report.

    Keeping the KPI Report the same, just include the Sold Listings also.

  3. GCI to show in agent dashboard

    In other similar software programs, each agent is able to see exactly what GCI they have written in a chosen period. This is a good motivator and certainly people talk about it between each other as healthy competition. When we used CD, it was a great accountability measure and for strong performers, they want to know anyway! The data is there, it would just be an additional feature to the dashboard, and certainly one that is found in most other CRM's for real estate. Happy to provide more details, but it's really as simple as that! Thanks for considering.

  5. Office KPI's

    Currently I can not get monthly or yearly reports on agents performance ie Appraisals to listing ratio, listing to sale ratio, under offer to to unconditional ratio , price variations, settled sales and withdrawn listings. I would also like to look at these results from an office report. At present I have to use a separate data base to achieve this. Double entry and very time consuming

  6. In vendor report under feed back it would be handy to be able to click on the contact name to take you to their contact page.

    From the feed back report it would be handy to be able to click on their name and take you to their contact page. At present you have to copy the name, close the report, paste name in search box.

  7. Have IRE Book Inspection Button on E-Brochures

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to have the InspectRealEstate Book Inspection Button possible on the E-Brochure of a listing. This would allow our clients to book directly into property inspections when we send them a copy of the E-Brochure instead of once they have viewed the brochure having to then contact us to book in for an inspection.

  9. Contracts Emailed don't show in Feedback

    If a Contract is emailed through Rex it should automatically appear in the feedback for that property.

  10. Vendor Feedback Reports

    The current set out for vendor feedback reports is rubbish.

    I would like to see separate 'boxes/fields' for different feedback so it is clear and better set out in the report. For exampole

  13. Save on each individual feedback in OFIs

    I have just lost all of my feedback for 24 contacts, resulting in a lot of extra and unnecessary work. Currently, when you add individual feedback for a contact that came to one of your OFIs, it does not save once you have clicked "done". Instead, it saves as a group only once you have clicked "save" after every entry has been added. This poses a huge risk when it comes to connection loss, computer crashes or even simply closing the browser window by accident.   14. Filter contracts by address

    Need to be able to filter contacts by address, even if its any word in the address field of the contact details. Understand you can filter by associated property, but with a database merged from another CRM, this is not possible. The basic functionality to target contacts in your patch or a street has been lost.

  15. Properties

    Properties and Listings. All new agents starting with us seem to end up double or triple listing property because the system allows this. I think it would be awesome if a simple pop-up that said "this property is already listed do you want to go to the listing" would prevent this from happening. It is frustrating when a property gets listed multiple times and then needs to be archived.

  16. Contract Date Reminders

    I would be great if you could set tracks to look for dates within a contract. For example, you might want a reminder to send an email 1 week after a contract was supposed to Settle. Because contract dates can be different, you can't use the current way a track assigns. But if you could select contract dates - in this case 1 week after 'Settlement date' - it would change based on the contract.

  17. vendor report

    When creating a Vendor Report I'd love the opportunity to have a few selectable timeframes available. 'Entire Campaign', 'This Month' and 'This Week' make sense to me. I usually email the report through to my vendors so to speed that up pre-filling 'To' with the attached property owner and 'Regarding' with the property we're doing the report on would be idea. A stretch request would be to have a variable subject that is set somewhere in settings which would let us pull in variables like the property address etc so we could set a subject like, 'Vendor report for [property]…

  18. Vendor property preview

    We would like to be able to send our Vendors a preview of what their property looks like before it goes live as often they want to make changes to the photo order and wording etc, so that they can view the whole property details and photos.

    UNCONDITIONAL CONTRACT STATUS PORTAL FEED TO REA:

    It would be great if consideration could be given to the default portal feed for when a property is updated to unconditional in REX, to match the policy requirements of the REA portal feeds (i.e. REA policy requires them to be notified within 72 hours of an unconditional property that the property has been "sold", however REX currently doesn't provide this update to sold in their unconditional portal feed to REA, so the property remains as Under Offer on REA (when this is actually against their policy).   20. A System User Report.

    I'd like to suggest a way of printing off a progress report for Staff members.

    For my particular role i need to keep track of my work load as i need to provide to the Principal what i have been doing with my time. so tracking the calls, emails and actions made either per day, week or month.

    I think a feature like this would be useful for the following people:

    *Principals to follow up with staff members productivity
    *Agents who are needing to keep up with prospecting calls
    *any one who is commission driven and wanting to hit specific…
