The current set out for vendor feedback reports is rubbish.

I would like to see separate 'boxes/fields' for different feedback so it is clear and better set out in the report. For exampole

Below is an example of how vendors currently read our reports. Its too much different information squashed together in one paragraph.

Andrea Church [Cold] - Positive Feedback: Beautifully presented home. Great having separate living areas. Liked the idea of a low maintenance garden, the pergola was a nice touch. Negative Feedback: We thought for some reason that it was 4 bedrooms plus a study. We need all of the space unfortunately. The property as is does not suit us as nice as it is. Agent Comment: No further interest

If there were individual 'boxes' to enter the feedback it would look a lot more professional and be easier and more enjoyable for the vendor to read. An example below:

Positive Feedback:

That was a nice place. Thought the media lounge was very good we would use that room for sure. Bedrooms were pretty good. We would use garage for living space as the shade sails provide adequate cover for cars.

Negative Feedback:

Was surprised at price expectation of sellers. It is there home so good luck. I have missed a few properties in Thornlands that have sold for high 5's I thought Tudar Place would be $580,000 that is what I would pay.

Agent Comment:

Buyer would pay $580,000 I did not feel it was worth putting that on paper so have advise buyer it is too far away from our expectations.
