Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Stream - User can see correspondence sent to record even with no privileges to the record
If a user has no rights to view a record, they can see email/letter/SMS in the records stream.

Agent Newsletters - Ability to change listing agents names to your own.
REX needs to implement the ability to remove the listing agents details from properties which are pulled through when creating newsletters of new listings. The listing agents details can be seen when you click on the read more link on a listing, and this brings up the listing agents name, and this is a problem when the agent sending company listings to their own clients, are not the listing agent (as they don't want to encourage their own clients to call someone else!).

Track Dates
Currently you can set tracks according to:
a. a start date, and
b. forward dates.
Track functionality and usefulness would be significantly advanced it you could:
a. Specify actions according to key dates associated with the listing record (i.e. listing date, expiry date, contract date, expected unconditional date and expected settlement date), and
b. dates could be calculated forward and back from a these dates.
We were able to do this in our previous software and it was great . . .

2. Having reminders that are attached to floating dates (e.g. unconditional date, settlement date etc). E.g. 3 days before unconditional.Would be good to get some more info on both of these items.

- Presumably you want support for this in multiple modules. If so, is it all modules or just some?
- For each module, what are the events that you think should be supported for triggering track addition?
- Is this an automatic process or is the user prompted to add the track when the event occurs.
- If the desire is for the track addition it to be automatic, how do we deal with questions like which contact should a track be attached to in a listing or property that includes multiple contacts…

Mass Action to change due date of reminders
Creating a feature that allows the change of the due date for reminders in a set of records to be updated in bulk.

Forwarding Previously Sent Emails
Once an email has been sent through Rex and is showing in the client stream, it would be great to be able to have an option to forward that original email (with attachments) rather than starting a brand new email if we need to resend that same information to the client.

Ability to save special conditions for easy add to contracts
If we could when adding contracts under the legal tab have a list of special conditions already filled out such as Build and Pest inspections it would make filling in our contracts faster and would also merge with ADL forms.

Tracks - ordering/numbering tasks that are on the same day
Currently, there is no way of ordering tasks which are due on the same day. They appear in a random order. We've had to resort back to paper checklists to do things in order.

Ability to add custom unsubscribe reasons
It would be good to be able to customise the list of unsubscribe reasons so that we can add in reasons that are more specific to our company, currently the list is quite limited.

Sales Advices in Word Document
Having the option for the sales advice to be in a word document as well as PDF!

Calendar - automatic dates pulled from contract - Finance Due, Settlement
We would like it if when you enter the Sales Advice Form, it automatically uploads the dates for Deposit due, Finance and Settlement in the Listing/Selling reps calendars entered on the form. Would save a lot of extra work setting up reminders.

Ability to specify a record owner when adding a property/contact/company
It would be great to be able to choose the record owner that a record is assigned to when it's being added to the system, instead of it automatically being owned by the logged in user. eg. just after you've clicked on the '+' button and you're entering the contact name, phone number and email address. In our office a lot of our records are added in by our admin staff and they're having to either reassign them manually as they go - or wait until the end of the day and do it as a mass action. Under Offer or Under Contract banner on newsletters
Hi team
Just wanted to put this out there and I'd love some feedback from the developers. Can we get a "under offer" or "under contract" banner for the newsletters. We only have a sold. Seems like a standard thing that is missing. Every major internet portal has it, I think the newsletters should too.
Yes there is "under contract" banner internally for the users of rex in the office to see, but can you make it an option.Cheers

Print detailed Reminder Call List
Can we print off call sheets (reminder calls from the dashboard) which will have the following:-
1. Contact details of owner, but not email.
2. Address of property they own/ or property they may be selling.
3. If they own an investment property the address of that property aswell.
4. Last entered note on stream.
5. Type of property eg, house, semi, unit.10 votes -
STOCKLIST - More space required for notes in Internal Stocklists
A character allowance is required in the notes section of the Internal Stock List. There is currently not enough space on the internal stock list to input all the info we require.

Bulk OFI upload
Hello,
Each Monday we upload our OFI for all our listings for the coming Saturday/Sunday. Some weeks there can be over 20 opens and it would make it easier if there was a feature where you can bulk upload OFI times.
Is this a feature that you are working or that we can request.

Leads step-through - a prompt for tags?
When using the leads stepthrough, there is is no prompt for the adding of tags. This means we have to go back into the contact after we're done with the stepthrough and then add tags. Having 'add a tag' as a step in the process would streamline things and help us manage our clients more effectively.

Choose the default 'Assign To' with reminders (instead of being 'record owner')
When setting reminders, the default 'Assigned To' is 'Record Owner'. I would like to be able to choose who I have as the default. Personally, I would prefer the default to be me instead. Almost every reminder I set is on my own contacts which means I never change the assigned to selection. However, every so often I assign a task on contacts that belong to property managers when they ask me to do sales tasks and its so easy to accidentally assign it to the record owner in the rush to get tasks done.

This default is in place to deal with scenario’s where members of admin staff, pa’s and other staff members are scheduling reminders on behalf of record owners. It also helps to ensure that when record’s change ownership, so to does the responsibility of executing on the tasks themselves.
Happy to hear thoughts on how you think us updating the default to run off “yourself” would reconcile with the existing use cases and / or any alternative way’s of dealing with this you might have in mind.

Email Dropbox attaching to property
Can the emails sent to your dropbox account be able to be attached to the listing and not need a contact to be filed correctly, if the property name and/or RX# be in the subject line of the email
