Email Dropbox attaching to property
Can the emails sent to your dropbox account be able to be attached to the listing and not need a contact to be filed correctly, if the property name and/or RX# be in the subject line of the email

You now have the ability to file emails from the dropbox to listings and properties. Thank you for your suggestion.

Being able to connect a email to a property/listing card would be very helpful especially during the sale process.

When assigning your drop-box emails to contacts currently, could a second optional selection be added to include a property or listing object so that emails relevant to the listing be shown in the listing stream and not just a contact stream where they can be hidden and forgotten. Out of sight, out of mind!

Great idea! I have been in contact with REX regarding their reply to this thread and advised that they did not understand the request. The add-on Leads function does not allow you to forward to Rex email Dropbox and file to a property instead of or as well as a contact.

This would be great as I forward through social media reports relative to the sale of a property, so it's relative to the listed property, not the contact. It would be great to have these print out on vendor reports. Also we can directly forward enquiries to the drop box and attach as enquiries and include on vendor report also

I agree that this would be beneficial as a complete stream of correspondence etc will be shown against the property (in particular after a Contract has been signed), not just against the owner.

It is great that you can file the email from the dropbox to the contact but often an agent will follow the listing stream for status updates on a deal or just to see what has been actioned on that property - could we have an option to file the email against the property/listing also
