STOCKLIST - More space required for notes in Internal Stocklists
A character allowance is required in the notes section of the Internal Stock List. There is currently not enough space on the internal stock list to input all the info we require.

Hi, We require more space to indicate information such as: body corp, council rates and water charges, contact details, property features, Tenant and letting details.

I agree, having fields or space for vital information like; age of the property, key numbers, rates, body corporate, sometimes there is more than one owner and therefore more than one phone number, property features, tenants' details, listing expiry date.....
All of these would be better than the first few lines of the marketing write-up, which to be frank, is a waste of space.

I agree , could we have more space for body corporate details, that would be ideal.

Even if the space for inspection details was doubled we could use that for any extra info. That would be an easy fix surely?

I agree here, we could do with more fields or space to put things like body corp fees etc on there. Also any other relevant info that the agent needs when looking solely at the stock list.

And it would be better if the stock list included prices.
