Leads - automated processing
When a lead comes through, and after completing the detail steps. It would be handy for the general information added by the interested party to be taken straight into the feedback details. so you are not copy and pasting all the feedback information.

Agree, when a lead is processed, it should automatically go into the feedback tab. At the moment, we are sending the lead an email/SMS and then having to change the status to undo completed and then add to the feedback section so it appears on the vendor report. This is laborious and takes up too much time to complete one simple task that the agents aren't utilizing it.
